Camilla's POV
I wake up to the doorbell ringing, it could only be the babysitter so I hop up to open the door.
"Oh hey Mrs. Bass!" Ariana says
"Please call me Cam, come in"
She walks in and sets her stuff on the island
"Juliana is still in our room asleep but we're going to be going to work in a bit"
"Okay! I'm going to be here a little late to help Celia with her homework tonight"
"Is she getting better?" I ask
"Way better! She has only one D but we're working on getting that up"
"Thank you so much!" I say
"It's no problem" she smiles
I walk into our room to talk to Jennifer but she's running the shower so I walk into the bathroom to undress and get in with her.
"Cam-"
"I'm sorry love" I say "I know I probably scared you last night and I will be more mindful from now on"
"You promise?" She looks up at me
"I promise!" I wrap my arms around her waist
"I just want you in bed at night babe" she says
"I will be in bed every night darling" I kiss her neck
"You'll be home tonight?" She asks
"I will be home tonight, scratch is being handled and I'm all yours" I say
"What do you mean scratch is being handled?"
"Oh- I mean Emily's taken the lead on everything, she doesn't want me on the case much"
"And you're okay with that?"
"I took in what you said about him just wanting us scared and I've decided to take a step back"
"That's amazing baby, seriously"
"I hate how much we've been arguing" I sigh
"Me too" she looks down
I gently lift her head up by her chin so that our eyes meet.
"I love you" I say
"I love you too"
I pull her in for a soft kiss then I grab the soap so I could wash her body, I wish I could tell her everything but I can't.
"What's on your mind baby?"
"Just everything... scratch is so unpredictable you know"
"I don't want you to stress over this Cam okay, we need you here" she says
"I know love and I'll be here, you come first" I say
We stop the shower and finish getting ready for work. After we kiss Juliana goodbye we're headed off.

JJs POV
"You look like an unhappy wife" Alex says to me as I'm doing my paperwork
"Yeah I kind of am" I look up at her
"What's going on?" She sits beside me
"Cam... she's just obsessing over this Scratch case, she's never helping me out and she was here working late until 4AM last night I just don't know how to get through to her" I say
"Maybe let her have this one.." Alex says
"Why?" I tear up
"Put yourself in her shoes Jayje... she was kidnapped and she did things she wasn't even aware of because she was drugged and it almost caused her to loose you forever, she wants to prevent anything like that from happening"
