They say that the world has its own unique wonders, mystery and... horrors but yet such trivial things are quite debatable, all of it are believed to be a machinations of a human mind that comes from negativity, and some believed that it is the truth, even so far as to name an unknown entity and label them as either a creator nor a destroyer. Yet among those who believe there are those who would barely give a crap about it, yet humanity in its right are creatures who enjoyed entertainment which is why... they would even gamble their beliefs. Truth or lies does not matter, what matters is what they believe in, what you believe in, that is the true meaning and concept behind those beliefs, but beyond that... When a self proclaimed divine creation becomes real, there are bound to be forces who would bring balance to it.

Prologue

The nice and serene cityscape, light covering the serene night, symbolic of a 90's futuristic feel. Crowds walk from one area to another, be it happy families, couples, or a couple of friends just casually walking and having fun—all of them are having fun. Yet behind that calm, serene, majestic feel to the city, there are bound to be secrets that fill the walls that listen—blood splattered and lives slain. It was that night when the murder happened again, unbeknownst to the sound of the crowd. Near an alleyway, a man was screaming for help as a shadowy figure approached him. The sounds of cards shuffling could be heard as the figure got close. The man drew his gun in fear as the figure stopped and giggled.

"Well now, there's no need for that toy... since you know well that won't kill me,"

the figure laughed as the man kept his aim while panicking, his heart rate spiked, and he started to threaten him.

"No, get away... get away!!"

In the end, no shot was fired, and it was already peaceful just as it used to be as the night went on without anyone noticing anything.

A sound of an alarm clock could be heard as it rang, while a sight of a man that was still asleep and living his dream was shown, only for it to be cut short by the sound of a woman, as her sound slowly got louder until it got closer.

"Dear, wake up, or you'd be late for work," the man finally woke up and looked at her while giving her the most smug smile he could muster.

"Well, well... Did I just die in my sleep?"

Before the man could finish, she put her index finger to his lips as she giggled.

"No, honey, you didn't die in your sleep, you're not in heaven, and also, you did not meet with the angel, although I'd like to be called your angel... it is too corny once you've uttered the joke two days in a row."

The man held her hand away as he also giggled.

"Cut me some slack, Sylph... I just don't have any other punchline... especially for a goddess like you."

He winked, which did take effect on her, and both of them shared a kiss. After the intimate moment, the man decided to clean up, get dressed, and pack his things, preparing for work, which was stopped by the woman as she stood in the doorway. The man, being concerned, pretty much looked at her with a strange glare.

"Dear... what are you doing?"

The woman still looked at him while her right hand pointed somewhere else. The man saw this and turned his view, following where her arms were pointing, as he noticed fish 'n chips on the table with some toast. The man looked at the woman who was his wife, and he smiled as he put her hands down.

"Dear, you know I hate fish."

The woman didn't flinch, which made the man sigh and look at her with puppy dog eyes, yet she still didn't move. In the end, he ate the fish 'n chips on the table as she watched while smiling. Feeling defeated, the man looked at her with a smile that he made while trying to cope with the fact that he just ate the food he hated the most, fish. The man then decided to speak up.
