The TARDIS stirred to life as the Ponds and I headed to London in 1846 to meet Charles Dickens , and when the first newspapers went into circulation,

Funny how I used to not need a reason to travel to a certain place, it was more fun to just go and find out in our own, it was so much better when she was with me.

No, no best not think of that now, she is happy now in her own universe with her own Doctor whom she can grow old with, whom she can really have a life with.

Even so , she will always be my Rose my "Pink and yellow human" my true love. I turned my saddened eyes to the couple who were paying me no mind untill I rid all sadness from my dying eyes and cleared my throat getting thier attention and put on a smug little smirk.

"Okay, London England about one hundred and fifty years into your past" I flick some of the TARDIS switches and did my little twirl as soon as I turned to face the door something else took control of the TARDIS and pulled us to an unknown location.

"Doctor, what was that? Where are we?" Asked Amy and getting an agreeing nod from Rory I just smiled and ran to the door

"No idea"

We seemed to be in some sort of prison. Rows and rows of empty abandoned holding cells stretched out for miles. But then I sensed it; a message on my psychic paper it read:

"Doctor, Please help

Row 221 Down to the end"

"Right then , I think I know why we're here"

"What? What is it?" asked Rory

"A message on the psychic paper" I responded

"Someone needs our help"

As we ran down the rows and aisles to the two hundredth and twenty first row and ran to the end where an old wooden door was. It seemed out of place in the otherwise futuristic prison.

"This is going to be a problem , I can't sonic it its wooden!"

Amy rolled her eyes before kicking down the door an looking pointedly at me. We then walked into the room.

There alone in shackes sitting in the corner was a girl bloody and beaten, when she looked at me with her beautiful brown eyes and brushed a lock of blonde hair out if the way of them I felt all the blood drain out of my face. It was impossible but there she was,

"Rose?"

I instantly ran to her side checking her for wounds momentairly forgetting I could just scan her with the sonic, but then it hit me,

She wouldn't recognize me, I had regenerated. But then I noticed her staring into my eyes.

"Doctor?" She all but whispered

"Yes , Rose its me." I held her deep into my arms, tears ran down my cheeks

"How is this possible? How are you here? You were safe, I thought this whole time you were safe." Then it hit me.

"How did you know it was me?" I asked with scrunched eyebrows.

"It's your eyes." she said still unnaturally quiet

"No matter what they're always the same"

I hold her and kiss her on the forehead before removing the shackles and lifting her up. All the sudden movements and talking made her tried

"It's okay Rose sleep now" I say putting a hand on her forehead and she falls asleep.

I get a questioning look from Amy and Rory and nod towards the TARDIS with my head.

I go to her old bedroom and put her on her bed. I owed Amy and Rory an explication. I treated her wounds an went to meet up with them, then told them all about my adventures with Rose, the one companion I would always regret losing the most.
