Josh and Gaege had always had a chemistry that was hard to ignore. Their playful banter and the way they seemed to understand each other made their friends suspect there was something more between them. What their friends didn't know was that Josh and Gaege had been secretly seeing each other for a few months now.

One evening, the group decided to have a horror movie night at the house they shared. Mully, Grant, Juicy, and Eddie were all settled in the living room, snacks and drinks in hand, ready to be scared out of their wits. As the lights dimmed and the movie began, Josh and Gaege found themselves sitting next to each other on the couch, a blanket conveniently covering their laps.

The movie was a particularly gruesome one, and the jump scares had everyone on edge. Gaege, ever the prankster, took advantage of this by occasionally giving Josh a little nudge or whispering something in his ear, making him jump and laugh nervously.

"Stop it, Gaege," Josh whispered, trying to keep a straight face. "You're gonna give me a heart attack."

Gaege just grinned, his mischievous eyes sparkling in the dim light. "Don't be such a baby, Josh. It's just a movie."

As the movie progressed, Josh's hand found its way to Gaege's knee, giving it a reassuring squeeze. Gaege responded by lacing his fingers through Josh's, a gesture hidden by the blanket. They sat like that for a while, enjoying the contact and the thrill of keeping their relationship a secret.

But as the movie reached its climax, with the monster chasing the protagonist through a dark, abandoned house, Gaege couldn't resist the urge to get closer to Josh. He leaned in, whispering in Josh's ear. "You know, this would be a lot scarier if we were alone."

Josh's heart raced, not from the movie, but from Gaege's closeness. "Maybe we should find somewhere more private," he suggested, trying to keep his voice steady.

Gaege didn't need any more convincing. He stood up, stretching dramatically. "I'm gonna grab a drink," he announced to the room. "Anyone else want anything?"

The others shook their heads, too engrossed in the movie to pay much attention. Josh followed Gaege to the kitchen, trying to act casual.

Once they were out of sight, Gaege turned to Josh, his expression serious for once. "I can't wait any longer, Josh," he said, his voice low and urgent.

Josh felt a thrill run through him. "Me neither," he admitted, pulling Gaege into a passionate kiss. They stumbled into the small pantry off the kitchen, the door closing behind them with a soft click.

In the cramped space, they lost themselves in each other, their kisses growing more intense. Josh's hands roamed Gaege's body, pulling him closer, while Gaege's fingers tangled in Josh's hair. The fear and excitement of getting caught only heightened their desire.

But as they were caught up in the moment, the pantry door suddenly swung open. They froze, their hearts pounding, as they saw Eddie standing there, his eyes wide with shock.

"Uh, guys?" Eddie stammered, clearly unsure of what to say. "The movie's over, and we were wondering where you two went."

Josh and Gaege quickly separated, their faces flushed with embarrassment. "We were just, uh, looking for snacks," Josh lied, trying to sound casual.

Eddie raised an eyebrow, a knowing smirk playing on his lips. "Right. Snacks. Well, hurry up, you two. We're thinking of starting another movie."

As Eddie walked away, Josh and Gaege looked at each other, their embarrassment quickly turning into laughter. "Guess we need to be more careful," Josh said, grinning.

Gaege nodded, still chuckling. "Yeah, but it was worth it."

They grabbed a few bags of chips and headed back to the living room, where their friends were waiting. As they sat back down, Josh couldn't help but feel grateful for the thrill of their secret relationship, and the promise of more stolen moments to come.
