They all were lies, whatever they promised me and whatever affection they showed. Everything was A Lie, my friends and Family I never had them. All of that was just a show

That single word from the mouth of the doctor changed my entire world, My Loving and Caring Parents became Neglecters, my very own sister, my best friends all of them became Abusers who tormented me for 7 years
The Love a child should receive was stolen from me and the only thing I got was Cut, bruises, starvation, hatred and many more. The List goes on and on
It all started that day,
Narator's POV:
Currently, We can see Izuku and her twin sister Izumi sleeping in their room peacefully but suddenly, their alarm starts to ring waking both of them.
When Both of them woke up and Checked the day, Both were filled with Happiness and Excitement because today was the day when they will get to know their Quirk
Both of them Quickly jumped of their bed and opened the door at the same time.
"Good Morning Izuku, Are u Excited to know our Quirks?" said Izumi while looking at her brother who was jumping in excitement and then he replied "Good Morning Izumi, Yeah my whole body is full of excitement. Lets wake up mom and dad"
Saying this, Both of them went to their parent's room who were sleeping peacefully. Both of them Entered the room and started shaking their parents in order to wake them up
"Wake up mommy, Today is the day when we have to go to the doctor to know our Quirk" said Izumi while shaking her mother, Inko Yagi. On the other hand, we can see Izuku doing the same to his father, Toshinori Yagi
"Calm Down kids, Its quite early u know" said Toshinori while smiling seeing his children's excitement. "Its 7 am dad, We gotta leave early. So, we can know our quirk faster and train early to become Pro Heroes" said Izuku while lifitng his left hand on the air like ALL Might
"Alright Alright, Both of u get freshen up while mommy will cook breakfast. got it?" said Inko while smiling and hearing her words, both of the children nodded before running off
"They are quite excited to know their Quirk" said Toshinori while facing Inko who said "Yeah, I can't wait to see the day when both of them will become top heroes and will make us proud"
Toshinori nodded to her and then both of them also went to get fresh, After 30 min we can see both the children sitting on the dining table eating Sandwiches while talking about what Hero Name will they choose in the future
In the same table, we can also see Inko and Toshinori smiling at their kids. "I will jot be able to join due to the work, So can u take them to the doctor" said Toshinori while looking at Inko who just nodded
After eating their Breakfast, both the children and their mother got into the car to go to the Hospital in order to get their Qurik checked. After a drive of 15 min, They reached the hospital while waiting for their turn
Soon, they were called in and currently they are sitting in front of the doctor who is analyzing the reports. "I have a good and bad news ma'am, Which would u like to listen first?" said the Doctor while facing Inko whose face immediately paled upon hearing this
Both the children immediately stopped whatever, they were doing and started to listen attentively while their mother maintained her composure and asked doctor to tell the bad news first
