I am currently at the gym running, I hate cardio but I have to do it, Justin is a little pushy lately and gets Mad easily. "Can I take a break, please Justin my legs are killing me" I say sitting on the floor "Get up, you're so lazy, no wonder people say you're fat" he says looking at me with disgust. I get up stunned, "Maybe if you do what I do everyday, you'll see why I'm exhausted" I say to him in his face. "You do what I say or I'll make suicide attempt public, so that you're brothers also know" he says to my face. I look at him with tears in my face and nod.
I got home and went straight to the fridge to get water since Justin won't allow me to drink while training. "Why are you so thirsty?" Arthur says leaning on the counter looking at me "I've been training" I say chugging another water bottle "The whole day?" He asks and I nod. "I think you should take a break Sadez" he says watching me chug 3 bottles of water "I can't, if I stop now I'll just gain eve-" I stop realizing what I just said "Are you training to lose weight?" Arthur asked concerend "Well, I guess but also for F2 and-" I try to finish but Arthur interrupts me "Sadez you're already so thin" he says "Don't push yourself" he says with a stern voice and I nod knowing if I tell him what Justin said he'll come after me. ------- The next morning I'm up at 4am, I put my hair in a ponytail and shower (Outfit inspo)

I dress and make my way downstairs, Arthur and Charles are still sleeping so I try to be quite. I make myself coffee and search for my headphones "Why are you up so early" Charles asks "Oh uhm, I'm off training" I say still looking for my headphones and then Charles gave me them. "I borrowed them yesterday" he says and I nod "Don't push yourself eh?" He says and I nod leaving to head to the gym. I take off my shirt at the gym and now I'm just in my shorts and sports bra, I start with cardio and then I want to do legs but we'll see what Justin says... --- Charles POV
After Sarah left, I shower and get dressed. I'm now currently in the kitchen making me and Arthur coffee. "Are you already up?" I ask to a very confused still sleeping Arthur. "Yeah, I heard you talking to someone" he says grabbing a coffee "Oh, I was talking to Sarah" I say sipping on my coffee "and where is Sarah?" He asks confused "She went training" I say not thinking much of it "I'm worried about her Charles, she's been out yesterday since 4am until late at night" Arthur says and I nod "Do you think she's training?" I ask curious, maybe she's busy with something else "Well yeah, I think so, she's lost a lot if weight" he says and I nod. "Maybe we can go to the gym to check on her?" Arthur suggested "You mean spy on her?" I ask "Well, it's not spy, it's just us checking up on her and making sure she's actually at the gym and not doing something else while watching her every move.. " Arthur replies.
"Are you ready?" I ask to Arthur who's dressed all black ans has two walkie talkies for us "Wait, I forgot my sunglasses" he says running up the stairs to get them. "You look like an idiot" I say to him while he acts offended. We arrive at the gym and walk in. There's a lot of people but one couple catches my eye. The man is abusive towards the girl, if she doesn't do something right she gets screamed at or even worse... --- Sarah POV "I'm trying Justin" I say while doing pull-ups. "You only did 34" he says giving me a glare, I can smell the alcohol on his breath "I can't do anymore, my body is tired" I say sitting on the ground, desperate for water. "You're not getting water until I see 20 more and 50 push ups" he says pointing his finger in my face while I nod standing up. -- Arthur POV
"That poor girl" Charles said to me and I nod. "Wait, is that Sarah?" I ask Charles. He inspects the girl and then he nods, I feel anger boiling inside me as I see how Justin treats her, she already has a black eye and bruises in her arms. "What are we going to do" he asks me "I'll tell you what I want to do" I say to him with anger in my eyes. "Arthur calm down we'll think of-" Charles says but I didn't listen because here I am walking towards them.
Sarah POV It feels like I'm going to pass out any minute, I've done the 20 pull ups and I'm now at 23 push ups, I can't take it anymore so I stop. "You still have more to do" Justin says glaring at me "I physically can't anymore Justin" I say to him begging him to let me stop, until someone in all black and sunglasses walks up to us "Arthur?" I ask confused but I'm to tired to say anything else and then Justin was on the floor, I think Arthur punched him but I'm not sure. The next moment I felt arms around me supporting me, it feels like I'm in the air, in the clouds
Charles POV "Sarah?" I ask, she doesn't respond, I snap my fingers in her face to get her attention but it doesn't work, meanwhile Arthur is still beating Justin and I think His knuckles are now bleeding, "Arthur! That's enough, help me with Sarah" I scream at him, he kicks Justin one more time while we each grab Sarah's arms to put around our shoulders walking her to the car, I'm driving and Arthur is with her in the backseat. "Charles, Charles she passed out!" Arthur said to me concerend and I hit the throttle, we were flying through the rodes to get to the hospital. We made it and we were taken to a room where Sarah can rest and recover.
