Jada's Pov
"Why tho, Jada?" My mom asked.
"I don't know, I just think I will have a better opportunity at another school" I said. My mom hasn't been treating me the best. Ever since I broke my ankle, her attention has been on Kamila and PaoPao. I understand you their coach but I'm your daughter. My mental health has gotten bad because of that.
"Jada, Jada, Jada!" her yelling snaped me back to reality. "Did you hear anything I said?"
"No mom, I can't do this anymore. I'll talk to you later." I said while walking out the door
I get in my car and just start driving. I call my best friend Kk, yes Kamorea Arnold.
"heyy best friend"
"hii um do you wanna go somewhere?"
"yeah sure"
"okay i'll come pick you up"
" okay bookie butt"
I giggled while hanging up.

We just left practice
I am worn the fuck out
"yall who dorm we finna go to" Azzi asked
"we can go to mines" Aubrey said
"okay" we all said
"wait can somebody pick me up" i ask
"hell no" azzi said

"um okay fuck yall too" I said
We made it to Aubrey's dorm and I'm out of breath
"paige ik you not tired" Aaliyah said
"leave me alone" I said
kk phone rings
"heyyy best friend"
Omg it's jada, we got into it at a basketball game and been goin back and forth ever since
"yeah sure"
"okay bookie butt"
"y'all im finna go somewhere wit my bestie" kk say stickin her tongue out
"can i go" aubrey asked while smiling
"ouu i wanna come" nika says
"Just ask her when she get here" kk said
What do they see in her, she is rude and mean spirited ugh ever since that game I had it out for her

I arrive at Aubrey's dorm, that's where kk was. I knocked on the door and a smiling kk opened the door
"jadaaaa hiiii" kk yelled
" hi bestie" i yelled back
"hey jada" aubrey came up behind kk and pushed her out the way and opened her hands out for a hug.
"hey frennn" i said giving her a hug and laughing
" can i come with yall?" aubrey asked
"can i come too?" nika asked
"yeah of course!" i say
Out the corner of my eye, i see fuckin paige eyeing me down so I turned and looked at her and she looked away, rolling her eyes. Don't even know what they see in this girl, yeah she's really good at basketball that's really it.
"yall wanna go to the movies?" i ask
" yeah!" they all say
" paige you coming?" azzi asked
I side eyed kk and she shrugged looking confused.
"yeah sure i guess" she said in a confused tone
