EXHIBITION OF DEATH.
BY: OLUFADE RIDWAN O.

Here she lies,
in a pit of horror and terror
a place of disdain and chaos.
but how bad could it be?
When the soul hath seeped off the ledger.

Here she lies,
amidst nature and celestialized fantasy
Her lips were bound to decay
but not the white iterated armour
for it stood against nature
and ready to bargain if maybe.

Behold! her eyes were deemly compelled to dampen darkness
For her sights are shuddered to shatter
and her chances for visualisation
was bombarded with nature spells.
And that, that has made her contactable
dissolved into naturally micro offsprings
meant for the sand to devour.

Here she lies,
Hopelessly and effortlessly
Her self esteem furiously banished
for her significance are archaically dismantle
and deemly,her future's crushed aversively
yet nature soothes not for empathy.

Deemly melancholic how her life span becomes a biography
Her existence captured as a memory
Her tenderly experience metamorphosed as a memoir
But why should that be?
If not the fact that nature outrun her
For her days were overwhelmed
by the gruesome clutch of death
Perhaps, what left of her is nothing
but a glimmering epitaph
erected on the path
of her forfeited future.

Her nose dare not shiver for air
So must her eyes not budge for glance
Her tummy agile not to rumble
Her legs and hands cursed not to sway
And all in her has to be docile to extinct
she is meant to be forgotten
Clearly her forms are to be formless
to dwell with immortal sand.
