Chapter one meeting the gang

Hi my names Katie cade I'm Johnny cade little sister, I'm 13 years old I have blond-ish brown-ish hair and blue eyes. I love reading and get good grades. my parents beat me and johnny and they are always fighting. I have no friend except Johnny but he has his gang I have seen them around and I have to I have a big crush on ponyboy well that's enough about me.

{Katie's pov}
Me and Johnny were walking and I think now a good time to ask if I can meet his friends.
"Johnny"? I said. "What"? Johnny replied. "Um well I-I was wondering if maybe I could I don't know meet you friend today"? I asked in my sweet voice. "Oh I don't know Katie"....he started but I cut him saying "please please johnny I get so lonely when you out i would really like to have some friends". I stated with my best puppy eyes that he can't resist. He sighs "oh fine you can, come on they are probably at the Curtis house" he said. "OH THANK YOU THANK YOU JOHNNY YOUR THE BEST!!" I said/ yelled "ya ya come on" he replied.
As we were walking to the Curtis house I noticed a blue mustang following us so I pocked johnny and pointed at it he just told me to walk faster. We got to the house faster then I though we would as we were walking up the steps johnny stops me and says "so look Katie I gotta tell you we ain't that normal like were a bit weird ya dig"? "Ya I dig". I replied okay here we go I just can't believe I'm gonna meet people. When we walk in every one turn to us and stares the. Dallas said "oh my my looks like johnny found himself a girl". "Aww come on dal she ain't ma girl she ma little sister".Johnny said everyone was shocked that I was his sister. But then johnny introduce them to me "guys this is ma little sis Katie, Katie that is Steve, two-bit, sodapop, Darry, Dallas and ponyboy". He said they said hi when he said there names and i replied saying hello. For the next three and half hours we all talked and hung out they are real nice guys and really fun to be around but ponyboy oh gosh he is just so ugh god I wish he knew how much I like him. But today has been a real good day I mad friend for once but if this is what it's like to have friends I like it a lot.
