Skills: Y/N, being a medical ninja, has remarkable strength, and in Konoha this is noticeable through her training:

Taijutsu - Y/N is capable of performing feats such as launching her targets many meters with a simple finger movement or creating fissures with a single finger movement on the ground. An opponent hit by her attacks could suffer damage ranging from broken bones, damaged organs, or even death. She has immense vitality and resistance, capable of surviving fatal attacks.

Chakra Reserves and Control - Y/N can release a large amount of chakra using the Yin Seal: Release. After her release, Y/N can use the stored chakra to facilitate the activation of one of her techniques, such as Creation Regeneration, which makes her practically immortal in battle or simultaneously heal.

Medical Ninjutsu - capable of performing any procedure without fail to heal and undo injuries that others would consider impossible.

Summoning Technique - Y/N can summon slugs of  varying sizes. The slugs' main abilities seem to revolve around spitting acid and splitting into smaller slugs, and with this Y/N can transfer her chakra to a large number of slugs over long distances. Because the slugs spread out and attach themselves to injured individuals, Y/N is then able to heal multiple injuries in different locations simultaneously.

Old facts: Y/N before becoming Hokage in Konoha she lived in Yokohama, and ended up meeting Fukuzawa Yukichi and Mori Ougai, soon the three were known as "Triple Black". Years later, at the foundation of the Armed Detective Agency, Y/N was sent to train Yosano Akiko, to help her improve her knowledge about her Ability.
