CHAPTER 5

Ahir also came to his room he changed his clothes and went to balcony with a coffee there he heard a singing sound the voice was so soothing and beautiful but the song was much painful he couldn't stop himself and moved to the side from where the voice was coming and guess what, Kruti's room was beside Ahir's room and had an attached balcony. Yes, it was Kruti who was singing a song. Ahir's eyes widened in shock she was singing a song with so much perfection and emotions ahir was looking at her face with tears flowing from the side corner of her eyes when she stopped singing saw ahir standing in front of her she asked you from where you came agar kisi ne dekh liya toh jaao please leave. Ahir replied very calmly my room is beside your room and have attached balcony she said so beautiful in your room why you came here what if someone saw you with me no no....ahir interrupted hey calm down everyone is asleep no one will come to know I'm  with you I promise she asked why you came here what you want from me ahir replied I don't want anything from you i came here for you she was looking at him with confusion. "Kruti, I wanna know what happened, trust me, I'll not leave you alone, my girl," Ahir said, holding her face. She denied telling him and said no every thing is ok as ahir hugged her and said I know and it's ok not to be okay I'm with u just say she melted by ahir's strong protective and caring way of asking her she started speaking "You know what, I do so many things, but my main goal is being a Dr, and I'm pursuing MBBS. But the thing is, he never wants me to follow my hobbies. He wants me to complete MBBS, be a Dr, get married, and get settled. What about my feelings? I love dancing, cooking, love being on stage. What about that? I'm just 21, but I have seen a way more than you never know," Kruti said, tears streaming down her face."U know what, Ahir, he always says, 'If you weren't alive, things would be better.' And started crying so hard in his arms. Maybe I don't wanna live. I have tried many times to kill myself, but nothing happened to me" Kruti said, her voice shaking.

Ahir's anger was on peak his shirt getting wet by her tears he replied calm down Mai aagya huna Mai hu tumhare saath hummesha I'll never let you cry Kruti was listening to Ahir, but crying terribly in his arms she was sobbing so hard . The way she was crying broke Ahir's heart into pieces. He tried to control her, but she wasn't ready to stop crying. Suddenly, her breaths started getting heavy, she was shivering, in ahir's arms and he can feel it he said hey hey stop crying it over now his hands brushing her hair and wiping her tears but suddenly she was felt so much of pain in her chest she grabbed ahir's collar so tightly seeing him with pain in her eyes he understood something is wrong with her asked what...what happened the only word she could speak was "aahhhhh...ahir ch-ch chest...." and got fainted her eyes were closed. Ahir tried to wake her up, but she wasn't responding.

Ahir was shocked and scared at the same time for kruti he checked her pulse they were getting down and slow he remembered the time when kruti got panic attack suddenly the doctor's words, echoed in his ears "If it gets worse, she will not be here." He shook his head and rushed towards his car taking kruti in his arms He made her lie on back seat and rushed his car towards the hospital as they reached hospital staff recognised him as the most ruthless business man and got in hurry calling Dr came ahir warned him in his cold and arrogant voice issko kuch nhi hona chahiye check her. He said only one sentence but that was enough to choked doctor's breathe without wasting a second he took her to the room and examined he gave her an anxiety injection, he told ahir she will be alright it was severe anxiety attack that can be fatal but u came here on time ahir was scared for his kruti and his anger was boiling on her father he replied to dr "ok", you can leave now. After one hour, she got up. Ahir was sitting beside her when saw kruti is getting up he brushed his hand on her head he asked her how are you she smiled at him and said alright ahir asked her can you give a promise as we are friends now she said yes he took her hand and asked promise me "ki tum mujhe chor kar kabhi nahi jaaogi "But when he asked for a promise of not leaving him, Kruti realised she is not in her room and got worried asked, "Where are we? If anyone comes to know that I'm not in my room, and with you,then no no no no  I want to go to the hotel." And suddenly jumped out of bed in hurry.

When she got up and tried to walk, she was about to fall but ahir's strong arms holded her she was very weak. Kruti we are in hospital and no one will come to know everyone is sleeping in hotel But Kruti told him, "Hey, let's go to the hotel, please, Ahir. You don't know him."please she begged ahir can see the fear in her eyes he agreed, and took her in his arms to the car, and made her sit on the passenger seat. He himself arranged her seatbelt as the car started kruti took a support of window for her head and was looking outside with a emptiness in her eyes as they reached hotel ahir took her in his strong arms she struggled to free herself because of the fear that if anyone saw them but it was really difficult for her to do so so she stopped
Her body was weak as well as she was tired.

When they came into the room via lift , Kruti said to Ahir, "See, I can't be your Life partner. I can just be your friend. That's it. I don't believe in love and all."

"Kruti, don't say that. You're my everything. I can't lose you," Ahir pleaded, his eyes filling with tears.

But Kruti just shook her head and said, "I'm sorry, Ahir. I can't give you what you want. I'm too broken, too damaged."

Ahir's face contorted in anguish. "No, Kruti, don't say that. You're not broken, you're strong and beautiful. You're the light of my life."

Kruti's eyes flashed with tears, her voice cracking. "You don't understand, Ahir. My father...he's not a good person. He'll hurt you too if he finds out about us."

Ahir's jaw set in determination. "I'm not afraid of him, Kruti. I'll protect you, no matter what." And yes your father is nothing in front of me in case of power and position.

Look ahir that's what I'm trying to say we are not similar in any thing our standards do not match our lifestyle doesn't match and look at me and you you so charming and having a fair skin and look at me in full dusky......

He interrupted kruti I love you not your body your money or anything else I love the way you are and don't even think of questioning my love in an arrogant way

But ahir try to understand

No more arguments means no more arguments

As they spoke, Ahir's mind raced with thoughts of Kruti's father and the pain he had caused her. He couldn't fathom how someone could be so cruel to their own child. But he knew he had to be strong for Kruti, to be her rock in this storm.
