AUTHOR'S POV-

Jung Hoseok wanted Namjoon to leave the ship. It's not like he wants to take the credit. He knows, if anyone could save his nation then it's Captain Kim Namjoon only. Who will stay and who will go away, was not decided during their planning. The opponents were too close to them.

Namjoon set the target for shooting, until he heard Hoseok's groans. He ran towards him and grabbed him. He ordered the remaining soldiers to keep firing. So that they won't get any doubts. Only two to three were left, which were slightly injured as well.

"Hoseok, please don't give up."
Namjoon's voice tensed as he saw him breathing hard. Two bullets, one on his shoulders and one over his abdomen, were adhered. Namjoon wrapped a small clean cotton cloth. Which immediately turned red from the blood. His hands were soaked from Hoseok's blood.

"We're going back."

"No f*cking way."

"You need to see a doctor."

"My journey was till here."

"But-"

"This was a one way route, remember?"

"Then, I'll stay here too."

"Don't talk sh*t, Namjoon."

"It's my duty."

"And it's my order, have you forgotten I'm a Navy Sergeant?"

"Don't use that card on me."

"Namjoonaahhh, please understand. Our Korea needs you. These people would plan something more cunning after our attack."

"But, you're my best friend, how can I leave you dying here-"

"You know, I've mom, a wife and a daughter. My wife is pregnant, she wanted me to come over for her delivery. I even promised her, but sadly I broke it. Mom must be angry at me. However, I know my wife would take care of her. I only wished to see my daughter. I wanted to say sorry to her. Dad, can no longer take you on summer vacations. My message to my little one, who's still yet to come into the world would be, please take care of your mom. She was so young and beautiful, when I fell in love with her. When I told her, there's no guarantee that I'll be there as long as a life partner. She smiled sweetly, saying "I'll live my rest life in our memories." Meanwhile, my mom who already lost her husband in the military didn't care much before sending her only son to the mouth of death. Tell my daughter, work hard and be a respectful woman in society. My family would be broken but would be proud too. Please keep my medals close to heart during the funeral."

"Don't let my oblation go down, you know what I'm saying?"

"I won't."
Namjoon cried.

"Jump."
Namjoon slowly walked to the side and moved down from the ship. He saluted Sergeant Jung Hoseok.

"Chung- Chung Seong."
Sergeant Jung Hoseok, said loyalty. With that ship blasted into fire.
