"I really hate that you have to leave", my voice trembling as i buried my face into the crook of his neck. My arms were tight around his waist as he planted butterfly kisses in the top of my head, rubbing my shoulders and caressing my back.

"I know baby, i know - i don't want to leave either", he whispered into my ear. "But its just a few months sweetie. I promise i'll come see you when i get the chance" "No its fine, whenever im free, i'll come see you...you have a job, and this is no joke", i told him with a small sigh and laugh, blowing my nose. 

"Yeah, i-". He was interrupted by a woman's voice over the intercom, calling all the passengers of his flight to the terminal. "Shit, that's me, i've gotta go", he sadly told me, taking my hand. 

I pouted. "Yeah, you do, erm, i love you i guess", i awkwardly said. He stared at me with a smile and tilted his head. "You know what? - Who are we kidding?!", he responded, his tone a little higher as he wrapped his arms tight around my waist and hugged me while spinning me in the air. 

"Austin! Jesus - im going to fall!", i laughed. "I'm gonna miss this". He placed me back on the floor and i wrapped my arms around his neck, standing on my toes to kiss him, and he kissed me back in return, pulling away and kissing the tip of my nose, and then my forehead. 

"I love you!", he said, before pulling up the handle of his luggage so that he would be able to roll it on the airport floor. "I love you more than that!", i called back, my voice cracking. He blew me a kiss, and i caught it, waving to him as he walked away from me.
