Jet's POV:

"🎶BEBOP BOP BOP BEBOP...🎶"

Do you know that feeling? That feeling when you just want to end all life form around you?

"🎶BEBOP BOP BOP BEBOP...🎶"

That moment when you're telling yourself, "Just a little more and I'll incinerate every atom that's holding you together."

"🎶BEBOP BOP BOP BEBOP...🎶"

My heart is burning with the desire to destroy everyone and everything that cross my path.

"🎶BEBOP BOP BOP BEBOP...🎶"

"SHUT UP!!!" I yelled, finally turning that blasted alarm off.

Sitting at the edge of my bed, a dark cloud is floating above me.  I'm so irritable that I would easily snap with the slightest provocation.

"Mornings...TSK!"

After my time in the washroom, I headed downstairs. The smell of cooking food met my nose the instant I set foot on the first floor. Richard is cooking.

Greeting me with his big smile, "Good morning sir."

"TSK! Too early for smiles," I thought.

Really pissed at the moment, I just passed him by for the fridge. Then, at the dining table, I came back carrying a glass of ice-cold water. Still, feeling very irritated, the glass of water came down my throat in one drinking. "TSK!"

"Ham, bacon, and eggs sir." "Please enjoy your breakfast," said Richard while laying down the food on the table.

Looking at him with my "I'm gonna destroy you!" kind of a stare, he's just smiling back. It's like he's telling me that even if I curse at his face, he'll gladly take it and reply with a smile. "TSK!"

My sinister gaze locked, I told him, "Join me."

"Sir, mamaya nalang po ako pag..."

"Join...me, Richard," my cut at his refusal with a look that's not taking "no" for an answer, and a tone commanding him to submit.

Instantly, he sat down and started putting food on his plate - very obedient. Watching him eat, I can't help but notice that big smile he is making, as if it's permanently painted on his face. "TSK!"

"Hehehe....hehe..."

"What?" I snubbingly uttered, catching Richard stealing glances from me then snickering on his seat.

"Ahh...ehh..wala sir. Hehehe..." "Kain ka na sir."

After minutes of silent dining, little by little, my dark cloud is starting to disperse. That morning moodiness began wearing off. And eventually, my mind got a hold of its elements - I'm good.

"Good morning Richard," gentle greeting to this very patient guy who kept up with my moody start.

He paused from eating and looked at me. His face brightened, making his smile more radiant, "Yon!" "Good morning din sir!" "Kain lang kayo."

And in response, the first smile of the day found its way on my face, "Hehehe."

In the middle of breakfast he asked, "Sir, kagabi po...tumayo po ba ako papuntang kuwarto?" "Di ko po kasi maalala eh." "Nagising nalang po ako kanina, nasa kama na ako."
