"Jaust.."

Namutla si Jc sa taong nasa harap ng pintuan ng kanyang unit ngayon. Ang kamay na hawak nya ngayon ay unti-unting lumuwag kung kaya ay nilingon nya ito. Kagat-kagat ni Aleina ang kanyang labi at mabilis ang paghinga nito. Muli nyang hinigpitan ang hawak nya sa kamay ng huli at saka nilingon muli si Karylle.

"Kaye.." humugot sya ng malalim at saka naglakad palapit sa babae. "Ano'ng ginagawa mo dito?"

Nasa mukha ni Kaye ang pagkagulat ngunit agad din itong napawi. Tumitig muna ito ng matagal sa kamay nilang magkahawak ngayon at tinitigan si Jc.

"Akala ko kasi may problema ka kaninang kausap kita kaya dumiretso na ako dito. Sino sya, Jaust?"

Walang umimik kaya hindi na napigilan ni Aleina ang sumabat. "I'm Aleina. I am his girlfriend and wife." walang makitang emosyon sa mga mata ngayon ni Aleina dahil nagpipigil sya.

"Tara sa loob. Doon nalang--" pinutol ni Aleina ang sasabihin sana ni Jc.

"No! If you want to talk with your boss go somewhere else. Just not here at OUR place, Jc. There's a coffee shop outside this building." kumalas sa pagkakahawak si Aleina at saka dinaanan lang si Kaye na nasa harap ng kanilang unit. Inilabas nya ang susi mula sa kanyang pouch at saka pumasok at ibinalibag ang pinto.

"Look, Kaye, I'm sorry I didn't tell you about this.." napahawak sya sa kanyang noo ng makitang papatak na ang luha ni Kaye. Wala syang nagawa kundi higitin ito ay dalhin sa kanyang mga bisig.

"Paano naman ako? You lied to me! What happened to us? Do I look like a hook up?! Cmon, Jaust, tell me! Am I just a girl you would f-vck hard and then f-vcking leave me when you're done?!" kumawala ito sa yakap ng lalake at saka pinahid ang kanyang mga luha.

"Believe me, Kaye. I was ready to love you, I am. But she came again.. I've been loving her for years now. We parted because I didn't showed up on our wedding day. Because I was so stupid.. But I love her. So much.. I tried to win her back but I lost her way too much to the extent that she hated me. I chose to stay here to forget about her and then you found me.. I chose not to tell you about my past with Aleina because you might not understand me. Kaye, believe me. You are special to me. And yes, I love you too."

She smiled. "You do?"

Nahirapang syang sagutin si Kaye pero ginawa nya. "Yes.. But--"

"Then, would you leave her and be with me instead?" nilapitan nya si Jc at saka yumakap dito.

"Please, Jaustin? Please.."

"Kaye, I love you.. I do. But I love Aleina more so I am choosing her. I already lost her before and my life became miserable as hell because I chose to entertain my feelings to someone who caused our parting. I am sorry.. I don't want to do that again.."

"So you were just swayed by temptation? Para ipaalala ko sayo, Jaustin, you f-vcked me! Nang ilang beses! Dyan mismo sa loob ng unit mo, specifically sa kwarto mo! S-hit, Jaustin. I can't believe I gave in to such a jerk like you!" one hard slap and then she stormed out of his sight.

Susundan sana nito si Karylle pero may mga bisig na syang pumigil sa kanya dahil sa yakap nito.

"Stop. Don't chase her, your chasing is just for me. Don't run after her, it might hurt me. Don't choose her, I am just the only option you have. Don't love her and even look for her, you are bound to love me, only me. Jaustin Callum, don't ever waste this chance we have right now. This chance maybe would be the last."

She let him go and turned her back at his back, she opened the door and walked inside their room.

She heard it all. She's hurt but she won't ever let this hurt be the cause of their parting again. She's had enough. She's tired of all the dramas.. She wants to be happy now.

Sumunod sa kanya si Jc at saka yumakap sakanya. Pareho na silang nakahiga ngayon..

"Aleina. I want to be honest with you.. I already love Kaye. I love her, Aleina.."

She then burst out her tears. "Jc, please don't. Gusto ko ng maging masaya sa piling mo. Okay na ako. Handa na ako.. Wag mo ng gawin sakin ulit 'to, please?"

Hindi mapigilan ni Jc ang mapangiti. "Ano na naman bang iniisip mong sasabihin ko?"

"That you're choosing to be with her..That you realized you are ready to be with her and leave me for good."

Mas niyakap nya ito ng mahigpit. "You're crazy. You overthink too much. Ang sasabihin ko lang naman, I love her.. But know that you already have my heart, my soul, and my all. I don't care if mahal ko na si Kaye, Aleina. Ang gusto ko lang sabihin sayo, e, mahal na mahal kita. Ikaw yung sobra-sobra kong mahal at wala na akong pakialam sa kung sinoman ang nandito sa mundo natin."

Hinarap na sya ni Aleina ng nakangiti. "I love you."

"Let's go back home, my wife?"
