Wangji entered the (birthday party) hall with Liying and Xue yang .

Xue yang said while rubbing his hands giving a cheeky smile , "oh my all the Omegas are looking so beautiful today. I'll go and start my work (flirting) hehe".

Saying Xue yang left from there while jumping in happiness.

Wangji rolled his eyes. He looked around for once and then focused on Liying .

Liying said while wrapping her arms around Wangji's left arm , "Wangji let's go".

Wangji nodded . Liying kept her head on Wangji's shoulder . Then they went away from there . Wei ying saw them being this close . He closed his eyes and signed deeply . He then went away from there too.

Wei ying was feeling angry and hurt. Wangji left him there alone for this witch Liying. Wei ying hates this witch .

Wei ying glanced at Huisang who was busy dancing with an alpha. Huisang gestured Wei ying to join but Wei ying shook his head . Huisang gave an annoying look to Wei ying and then focused on the dance.

Wei ying stopped as he heard Mian Mian's voice . Wei ying looked back as he saw Mian Mian coming near him. 

Mian Mian said while standing near Wei ying, "Wuxian ! I'm glad you came here. By the way...you look awesome in these clothes".

Wei ying said with a smile , "Thank you. You look nice too".

Mian Mian smiled brightly saying , "Thanks".

Wei ying nodded.

Mian Mian said , "Can I have few words with you while we enjoy our drink?"

Wei ying said , "Sure but I'll take juice as I don't drink".

Mian Mian said , "No big deal. Let's go".

Mian Mian grabbed Wei ying's wrist and started taking him away from there . They went near an empty table and sat on chairs . Mian Mian told a waiter to 'bring juice and wine for them'. The waiter agreed and went to bring the said things for Mian Mian .

Wangji who was sitting at a table (on a chair) was looking around. His gaze turned cold as he saw Wei ying sitting with Mian Mian. Just then Liying came there and sat in front of Wangji blocking Wangji's view from seeing wei ying and Mian Mian. Wangji shook his head and focused on Liying who was talking about a topic nonstop. Wangji wasn't paying full attention to her. He was just saying 'yes or hm' in response.

Back to Wei ying and Mian Mian:

Mian Mian asked , "So...Are You enjoying the party? How's the decoration? I myself choose all the decorations".

Wei ying said , "Hm . It's nice. I love the decoration. Your choice matches with mine".

Mian Mian smiled brightly while nodding happily.  The waiter came back with the drinks . He kept them on the table and then left from there .

Mian Mian gave the glass of juice to Wei ying . Wei ying's fingers touched Mian Mian's hand after which Mian Mian smiled . She wished she could touch Wei ying more (with love not out of lust of course).

Then they started talking while enjoying their drinks.

Mian Mian's eyes fell on Wangji who was dancing with Liying . They seemed close . Wangji's hands were wrapped around Liying's waist. Mian Mian glanced at Wei ying who looked hurt and sad .
