On a thursday morning (6.30am), I got up to go shower ,got dressed for my morning jog and  made some nice fluffy pancakes for breakfast. From my kitchen I could hear noises coming from outside. When I looked outside of my kitchen window , I could see movers moving boxes to the empty apartment across mine.Afterwards I finished my breakfast , got my phone, keys and went outside.

After locking my door I bumped into someone and nearly fell face flat.I was prepared for the impact but I felt a hand catching me .When I looked up to see who caught me i saw a goofy but muscular nerd.

"How does someone look this handsome but also smart " I said softly. "Ma'am, are u okay? " he asked.
"I...ummm y-yes thank you." I replied. Why is his voice so deep but sexy please if there's a god out there let me drown in his arms.
"Forgive me for bumping into you I wasn't paying attention to where I was going" he said.
"I-It's alright sir....so your my new neighbour?" I asked.
"Yes I am ,the name's Dominic"
"and your's miss ?" He asked.
"My name is Emily" I said as we shoke hands.
"I hope to see u around Mr. Dominic"
"I also hope to see u soon Miss Emily "

After exiting the building I went to go on my morning jog in the park. One hour later , I can't stop thinking about how close his body was pressed to mine when he caught me. I then see my bestie Gina who looked like  she got fucked till the morning.

"Good morninggggggg girlyyyy" Gina says .
" You know the whole park can hear you btw" I replied
" Let them I don't care" she replied
"Touché, anyways good morning Gi"
"Do Tell why you look like that?" I asked.
"Well, I got into a threesome with twins and they were hot as fuck"
"They were brutal about it too"
She explained.

"And I'm guessing you'll be seeing them again soon" I said
"Fuck yes, I got both their numbers and also they said they will be at our work place tonight." She replied

"Speaking of men , I have a new neighbour"

"Omg, girlyy do u have a pic or should I come by and ask his number for you." she said
"No need Gi , I just got off a relationship not long ago"
She looked me dead in the eyes and said.
"That was 2 months ago, Em "
"It's either you let loss or I'm setting u up with someone"
" I prefer no one"I replied
"Okay but we are going out Sunday night"she said.
"Okay okay I get it"
"But where?" I asked
"There's a new night club opening up near my apartment"
"Sounds good Gi"
Her phone starts ringing
"I'll see you at work Em"
"I'll see you later then G" I said.
Now to get back to my apartment. It's already 10 am and my shift starts at 12.

After a few mins of walking back to my apartment I see that the movers are gone. I see my neighbour walking out of the elevator with groceries while I open my door. I quickly go inside as I'm trying to process him carrying groceries while wearing a compression shirt. Who in their right mind wears something so hot and  where are his glasses. But did I also see tattoos???? I thought to myself.

After my long boring shift I go to my apartments elevator and see my neighbour walking towards the elevator. Dominic then gets in the elevator as we are both going to the 3th floor.

"How are you liking it here Mr. Dominic?"
"It's very nice and quiet,I could live here if I wanted "
"Are you not going to stay here ?"
"I'm actually here on vacation"
"What did u think miss Emily?"
"Maybe you were moving in for long while"
"This is only temporary "
The elevator door opens and we both walk out at the same time.We both stop infront of our doors and go inside.

I go eat and shower and jump fall on my bed to sleep .

Sounds of gun shots woke me up from my sleep. Is someone in my house I thought. Until I heard it again coming from the alleyway near my apartment. As I looked out to below I saw nothing be darkness . I also heard sirens in the air and left it at that. I couldn't sleep after that happened so I watched SpongeBob the entire night.

At 4 am I woke up to more gun shots but this time it was in the apartment building. I heard people screaming from a floor below as u need a special key card to go to certain floors. I grab a knife as I wanted a weapon besides me even tho the bullet of a gun would hit me faster than I would knife a person. I heard knocking sounds on my door , I stayed quiet and I hear more knocking and then a gun shot right outside of my door...
