As I beat a hasty retreat from the office, I couldn't help but mutter "astagfirullah" under my breath. Hana, curiosity getting the better of her, asked me what happened. I leaned in close, my voice barely above a whisper, "They're...ahem...more than just colleagues, they are gay." Hana's eyes widened in shock, her mouth agape as she struggled to process this unexpected thing. Just then, Minhu emerged from the office, a mischievous glint in his eye. "Ah, Miss Ayliz, Miss Hana," he said, his voice dripping with innocence, "Sir is waiting for you in the office." I turned to face him, my expression a perfect blend of embarrassment and amusement. Hana, still looking shell-shocked, trailed behind me as we made our way back into the office.

I walked back into the office, feeling a bit nervous. Zayan glanced up at me, then went back to typing on his laptop. "Have a seat," he said briefly. Hana and I exchanged a nervous look, then sat down in the chairs in front of his desk. The silence was awkward, and I could feel my heart beating faster. I took a deep breath, trying to calm down. Then Hana suddenly spoke up. "Ayliz, I'll wait for you outside." Her voice was uncertain, like she wasn't sure what was going on. I smiled softly and hummed a gentle response, trying to reassure her. She hesitated for a moment, then got up and left the room, leaving me alone with Zayan. The door closed behind her with a soft click, and I felt my heart skip a beat. I looked back at Zayan, who was still focused on his laptop. His face was expressionless, but his eyes seemed to be studying me intensely, like he was trying to figure me out. The silence was uncomfortable, and I fidgeted in my seat, waiting for him to speak.

He finally spoke, his tone a bit harsh. "Why are you here? To call me childish again?" I hesitated, feeling a bit nervous. "N-no, I'm here to..." I stuttered, trying to find the right words. But before I could finish, he cut me off. "Here for what?" he asked, his eyes narrowing slightly as he waited for my response. I felt my heart racing, trying to gather my thoughts and explain myself.

"I shouldn't have called you childish," I said, feeling regretful. "And I think I was really rude to you. So, I want to say... sorry." My words trailed off, and I looked down, feeling a bit embarrassed. But then I glanced up at him, and his gaze had softened. He was looking at me with kinder eyes, and my heart felt a little lighter.

As I gazed at her, my eyes felt soft and my lips curled into a gentle smile which is unnoticed by her. Her face was so innocent, like a sweet little girl. Her big green eyes sparkled like shiny gems, surrounded by thick eyelashes that made them look even bigger. She gazed up at me with a pleading expression, her pink lips curl in a tiny pout. I couldn't help but feel my heart melt a little at her adorable face. "She thinks I'm childish," I thought to myself, "but she's the one who's looking like a cute little kitten ." I kept looking at her, taking in every detail - her rosy cheeks, her small nose. My heart felt a little fluttery in my chest, like a bird trying to fly out. I felt myself getting lost in her big green eyes, like a boat drifting on a calm sea.

"It's okay," he said, his voice a bit softer now. "I know you didn't mean it. But let me ask you, what made you think I was being childish in the first place?" He leaned back in his chair, his eyes still fixed on me, and I could sense a hint of curiosity in his tone.

I hesitated, my heart racing with anticipation. But before I could respond, Zayan spoke up, his voice gentle. "Leave it, Ayliz. Let's not rush into anything. Instead, come see something." He gestured to a corner of the room, where a few sketches were pinned up on a board. "I've been working on some art pieces . I think you'll like them." His eyes sparkled with enthusiasm, and I felt my tension ease. I nodded, curiosity getting the better of me, and walked over to examine the sketches. They were indeed elegant, with graceful lines and subtle shading. As I gazed at them, I felt a sense of wonder and peace wash over me.

"Let's start the project," I said. He nodded in agreement. "I've been working on some sketches," I added. "You can come to my office tomorrow to see them, and then we can begin our project."
"Alright, I'll come by at 10 am," he said.
"Great, see you then."
