The door creaked open, the sound almost blending into the rain as it pounded into the concrete walkways. With a groan su-ae pulled up her hoodie and walked forward. It was around midnight and pouring, as it had been for a week. Making it easy for no one to want to go anywhere, which also meant to the grocery. Leaving many, including su-ae, without much to eat. Which gave a lot more reason to be running out in the rain to go to 7/11 at midnight.
The rain quickly soaked up her hoodie, the water running off of the fabric in fast droplets. If anyone were to look around, they would easily see how much it had rained. The roads had all been clogged and some of the water even seemed to seep into the pathways, which were a quite higher than the road. As she walked on, even her socks seemed to be wet as the shoes being wore were now making weird sloshing noises, the rain quicken its pace. Su-ae lifted her head to the sky as rain poured harder and harder onto her.
" ... " She mumbled before dunking her head and running, struggling to not fall from the wet ground and the dripping shoes.

The bright neon orange and green doors slid open, the loud banging of water dripping from the sky echoed from the quiet room. Su-ae turned glanced at the worker and stomped in, leaving a trail of puddles from the water.
"Hey! you can't just walk all in here and happily mess up the store that I have to clean! " The person working the till yelled. His voice had a similar hint to it, almost as it had been heard from her before.
Su-ae continued to stumble around the floor, and even seemed to leave more water than before. Until finally walking over to the checkout pilling a few items on the table, an ice cup, instant ramen, a tea drink, banana milk, and along with a rice ball. They all made up interesting meal, it was better than eating a random cheese stick out of their freezer. She gazed up at the person which she was ignoring, finally noticing who it was. Mouth wide open struggling to do anything but stare, she had just squeaked, which also was very quiet and was basically a mumble.
It was Jungwon.
The south Korean singer in the boyband, Enhypen.
"I-...why? are you here...?" She barely managed out still star-struck, blinking away, a faint hue of blush spread across her face. He tilted his head, faintly chuckling, "I mean if you mop the floors up after yourself, I'll give you an autograph." he suggested a hint of amusement in his tone. She seemed to shake the shock of seeing him away, responding "hm. I'm fine, I mean you're not 'that' popular" she grinned teasingly before gesturing to her food, do your job, she glared. He scoffed before quickly scanning their items, " quite rude when you're talking to a celebrity" he then placed a hand over his chest to seem hurt by that. "Whatever..." She mumbled walking off, food in hand. The rain continued through the awkward air of the two, her brain raced wondering one thing.
What. Just. Happened!?!?!?

Su-ae stared out the window watching the rain trickle down the glass panes, sighing she stood. Throwing her trash then walking back over to Jungwon.
"Uhm... hey, I know this is odd, but do you want my rice ball? I don't want it but like I also don't wanna waste it, ya'know?" She gestured, gently pushing the still wrapped up rice towards him, it awkwardly slid across the table. She waited for any response but there was nothing only the small tilt of his head. "Just keep it..." she muttered before spinning off walking towards the door, they ripped apart to let her out. The rain sounds quickly entering the small store once more, this time it was a lot heavier and there was a large breeze that almost made Su-ae take a step back.
"Wait-!" Jungwon yelled after her, seeing that she took a step to leave. In this weather? his head ran, even if he didn't know her, he couldn't just let her walk into the rain like that. "You can just stay here until the rain passes, or just calms down" He had suggested, walking over to her and the door. She glanced up at his moving body, he was a little taller than her but Su-ae still had the need to look up at him. She glanced backdown before taking a step back noticing how cold her body had felt. As she still had the wet soaking clothes on from before, when Su-ae was running through the rain. "Does seven eleven sell blankets...?" She quivered looking up at him, a shiver faintly rushing through her spine.

Ten minutes later she was wrapped up in his jacket and had changed into some random dry clothes from the team member's lost and found. The clothes weren't the best, but they were dry and that was all that mattered. Jungwon's coat was neatly wrapped around her body as she was huddled up in a little corner in the backroom, it was the nicest area in the store and was always too hot. Right now, it was just perfect, it was nice and cozy as the rain seemed to have cooled it off. Jungwon was wandering the store looking for anything else warm for Su-ae, she didn't really understand why. Why in the world was Jungwon working in a convivence store and was now hunting down a blanket for her?
None of it made sense, but was it happening? Yes. Yes, it was.
The pitter of the rain still was banging against the roof, and it had sounded like it had no intention to stop. She sighed before laying her head down on the little bench she had squished herself between, that and a wall. Gazing around the room, she had spotted a few lost pens, a penny, a random book stuffed between lockers, and Jungwon. He was standing in the doorway, looking at her before snapping his gaze away, he seemed flustered. "There's nothing." Jungwon shook his head lightly before sliding down on the floor, close to where Su-ae was. She faintly smiled, "how long where you looking at me for?" she teased lightly. He quickly turned his head away to try to hide his bright red face, "not long..." Jungwon mumbled. Su-ae giggled, before taking his jacket and gently laying it out on him. He lightly jumped at the sudden movement, which was followed by another giggle from Su-ae. Jungwon quickly turned his head her direction, face still flushed, she was standing up lightly stretching her arms out.
"Hey- you should be laying down still, you don't need to catch a cold" his tone was stern with a hint of worry.
She shook her head," I'm fine. I'm dry and everything nice", Su-ae turned to start to walk out of the back room. "Thanks for the jacket, worrywart" she had added the last part in an attempt to be a faint tease, even if her brain was still racing. Why was Jungwon, the singer, worrying about her? She was just Su-ae, nothing more, just simple name. Still, nothing was making any sense. She continued to walk out, making no sense of really anything in her peanut brain.
"No." Su-ae turned to feel a grip on her wrist, it was Jungwon. His face was still faintly pink, but he looked hot. Actually hot, faint sweat droplets were dripping off of his hair and forehead. The room must have felt a lot cooler to Su-ae than him, she just stared blinking at him for a few seconds. Before he repeated, "don't go out there, just come back in. I don't want to let you get sick." he seemed actually concerned. Su-ae's face immediately turned red, not just a normal red color but a bright almost neon tomatoe color. He grinned seeing this, faintly grabbing her waist pulling her in besides him. Su-ae's face seemed to become redder, if that was humanly possible, " I-uhm hey!" she stuttered out. "Hm?" He faintly looked down at her, before carefully gesturing her to sit back down. He waited until she did, laying his jacket back over her once more, " comfortable?". Su-ae would watch Jungwon curiously, " it's quite nice, thank you..." she whispered out with a smile. Even if she didn't know why this was happening, it was, and she was grateful for that...
(Author's note! This is my first actual public writing thing so, sorry if it's not that great!! It is quite short aswell, mainly because I wanted to put other main points in more episodes! That is if I have motivation to actually write lol. Leaving this to mainly be more like a pilot or like a very short first episode, I guess. Hope you enjoyed the little peak of 24/7 7/11 :D, go support @gottaehyn - KAM)
