The Akastkuis Hideout 1 month later: undisclosed location.

Pain stood before the members of the Akatsuki this was it they were going to capture the remaining tailed beasts in a stroke of brilliance they had all planned this attack meticulously and didn't forget a single detail he spoke to them.

"You all understand the mission, we will take the tailed beasts in one swift strike remember once you capture your target extract the beast as you more than likely will not have enough time to bring them back to our hideout, now on to the the teams for the mission. 1 Tail will be Sassori and Deidara, and the 8 tails will be Kakazu and Hidan, Itachi and Kisame will be supporting Hidan and Kakazu should they need the assistance." He said

"Ummm leader-sama but what about the 9 tails he's the strongest one and wouldn't that require a lot of us to take him down?" Tobi asked in a high pitch goofy voice.

"I will be handling the 9 tails" Pain said

"Ohhhh that makes sense after all leader is the strongest of all the Akatsuki Tobi just knows you can do it!" Tobi replied

While pain continued the briefing and the teams were getting ready to set out for their mission their was one member who's mind was clouded and that was Itachi. He was in deep thought should he finish things with his brother now or wait he still didn't quite fully know what the purpose of capturing the tailed beasts was but he swore he would protect Konoha from the shadows and so far he had played his part. It seemed like this was the end game it was all or nothing for the Akatsuki he could only guess that with Orochimaru and Otogakure allied to the organization it could only mean they were going to attack Konoha and so he made up his mind he would finish this business with his brother now.

"Leader-Sama may I have a word?" Itachi asked.

"What it is it" Pain replied.

"If Konoha gets word from Suna they are being attacked they will more than likely send my brother to stop the attack this will hinder our mission. While Saskue does not posses the mangekyo he will still be able to defeat sassori and Deidra" Itachi said.

"What are you suggesting?" Pain asked.

"Let me and Kisame draw my brother out and kill him it's time I finished things with him anyway even if he manages to kill me Kisame will finish the job" Itachi said.

"Very well head out immediately" pain replied.

"Hai, leader-sama" Itachi said.

They all understood their tasks they left the hideout and heading to their targets this was the most the organization has moved in a long time Madara and the creature known as Zetsu were standing on cliff gazing out to the countryside as the sun rose, Madara breathed in the fresh air and exhaled deeply.

"It's time for a new world zetsu everything is falling into place"

"Yes lord Madara, would you still like me to follow Itachi and watch the battle between him and his brother" zetsu said

"Yes please do we must see how things between the brothers of the Uchiha play out if things go right then we will have Saskue on our side" Madara replied

"As you wish" Zetsu said dissapering into the ground

Madara continued to stare out in the distance the sun was still rising it was beautiful and soon he would have a world where nothing but peace flourished.

Somewhere in the fire country: morning time

Itachi and Kisame were walking when Kisame stopped and spoke up.
