When Friday finally came, Ash was very restless. She was no longer worried about Alya, because she had received a text from her saying that she was on holiday, and wouldn't come back until next month. She sighed, knowing that it would be a lot less fun without her there.
During history and science, Ash just couldn't sit still, which earned her a detention from both of the teachers. It wasn't her fault, though. At least, that's what she told herself. Nikki sighed impatiently after Ash came back from the office. "You really need to get a grip on yourself. You might get banned from the concert." Ash was horrified, and made a conscience effort to behave better in the afternoon. Luckly, nothing bad happened, and she was able to attend the concert in the evening.
Once she got home, Ash quickly ran upstairs to get ready; she wanted to look her very best for the concert. She put on her favourite purple dress and black jeans, then spent over an hour trying to make sure her makeup was perfect. By the time she was done, it was almost time to meet Scarlet at her house, so she ran out of the house as fast as she could.
"About time! What took you so long?" Scarlet puffed when Ash finally got there.
"Well, I had to look sort of presentable, right?" Ash replied.
Scarlet rolled her eyes at her before running out of the house as fast as she could. "Race ya!" she yelled as she ran down the street. Ash quickly ran after her.
"Scarlet, slow down! I'm not good at running like you"
"Sucks to suck then." Scarlet was waiting for her at the end of the street. Once Ash finally got there, they began to walk as she needed to get her breath back.
"C'mon Ash, we are going to be late!" Scarlet complained.
"No we're not. We have-" Ash quickly checked her watch. "5 minutes?!?"
"WHAT? WE HAVE TO HURRY NOW!" Scarlet yelled. They quickly ran as fast as the could. Luckly, the school was only a couple of blocks away.

"Ah, Ash and Scarlet. We were waiting for you." Their music teacher was waiting for them in the coach.
"Sorry we're late. We were stuck in traffic" Ash lied. She knew that he would not tolerate 'losing track of time' as a good excuse.
"Get on the coach. And make sure to get ready earlier next time."
Ash and Scarlet nodded quickly before getting into the coach. Luckly, there were two seats next to each other at the front, so they took them.
Unfortunately, they were right behind Hannah, who was infamous for throwing up on road trips. Ash prayed that she would be able to hold it in until they got to the concert hall, which was not that big anyways and in a village nearby. Ash had no idea what it was called and didn't really care either.

Groan. "Sir, I think I'm going to be sick!" Hannah was pale and fetching in front of Ash and Scarlet. The teacher ran as fast as he could to the front, but it was too late. There was sick all over the chair next to Hannah, and Ash could hardly stand the atrocious smell that came with it. She quickly plugged her nose and put her headphones in to drown out the noise.
