Synopsis

Ishqi Randhaava, a girl who belong from a small town in India name Rishikesh. She always dream of being a doctor and she achieve it just a year back. But she also have a weird or more like a unique dream. It's being a good wife for her husband. She always used to make fake scenario in her mind about how her future life would be. She also imagine a fake name for her husband in her scenario it's Kabir. She just had these two dreams in her life and always used to pray to God at night to help her fulfill her dream.

She did achieve a success in fulfilling her first dream of being a doctor. She graduate from a small college in her town but because of her good grades she was offered to have her first internship in a hospital in Italy.

When she got a call from the hospital she wasn't sure if she'll go or not but then her brother Xavier convince her to come to Italy as he also live there.

Xavier Scott is the only family ishqi had. He is the son of her aunt who married a Italian man out of love. After the death of ishqi's parents Xavier took the responsibility of her on his shoulder. They both rarely meet each other because of long distance but they used to talk daily on chats and call.

She decided to give it a try and fly to Italy.

Izan Romano, for world he is a billionaire bachelor of Italy. A very well known businessman and owner of Fictional fusion. But only few people know what he actually is. He is a youngest mafia leader and capo or don of Italian mafia. He has to take over the throne of mafia in the age of 22 because of the death or more like murder of his father. He spent 2 years in finding the culprits of his father's death and kill them slowly and painfully. The way he killed them the people who are connected to that world got shaken from there core and started calling him 'tyrant'

The term "tyrant" refers to a cruel and oppressive ruler who exercises absolute power unjustly. A tyrant typically governs with harshness and brutality, often disregarding the rights and welfare of others for their own gain or control. It signifies a leader who rules with tyranny and uses force to maintain authority.

But there is one more thing about Izan and it's he specifically hate one word or anyone related to that word and it's a Doctor.
