"Nothing built can last forever. And every legend no matter how great, fades with time. With each passing year, more and more details are lost until all that remains are myths....half truths. To put it simply, lies." "And yet, in all the known universe, between here and the Far Lands.... The legend of the ORDER OF THE STONE endures, unabridged, as self-evident fact. Indeed it is only troubled land that has need for heroes." "And ours was fortunate to have, so long ago, four heroes such as these."
GABRIEL the warrior
"Before whose sword combatants would tremble."
ELLEGAARD the Redstone Engineer
"Whose machines would spark an Era of invention."
MAGNUS the rogue
"Who would channel his destructive creativity for the benefit of all."
And SOREN the architect
"Builder of Worlds. And leader of the Order of the Stone.
"These FOUR friends Together, would give so much to gain their rightful place as FOUR heroes." "Their greatest quest would take them on a dangerous journey to fight a mysterious creature known as the Ender Dragon." "In the end, the Order of the Stone Emerged victorious and the dragon was defeated. But unfortunately it resulted in them unleashing entities and creatures of demonic origins. The FOUR heroes did what they could they defeated a lot but some of them slipped into the overworld never to be seen again. Their story complete, they slipped away into the pages of legend." "But when one story ends, another one begins"
Jesse can be heard training using an armor stand with a mob head using a wooden sword for said training. "Would you rather fight a hundred chicken-sized zombies, or ten zombies-sized chickens? Just to be clear, you wouldn't have any weapons or armor." Olivia said to Jesse who's listening while hitting the armor stand, with a wooden sword "I'd have to go with the giant chickens. Not because I want to or because I think it would be easy, but because they would be an abomination." Jesse told her. "Imagine their giant feet." Olivia said to Jesse. "Like I said.... an abomination" Jesse said in the argument. "Soo... I've got a daylight sensor on the roof" Olivia told Jesse "Mmm-hmm..." Jesse, sounded like he didn't care but continued listening. "And if I did this right, these lamps should turn on once it gets dark." Olivia said placing redstone to activate said contraption. "Mmm-hmm." "I didn't want to just leave Reuben here with nothing while we're at the building competition." Olivia explained. "He's coming with us."Jesse said pausing to look at Reuben
"Really?" Olivia said confused. "What kind of question is that? of course he is." Jesse said to Olivia. Putting away the wooden sword. "Okay. I'm not saying that he shouldn't come. I'm not... but don't you think it's a little weird that you take him with you everywhere you go? He kind of makes us look like.... I don't know... amateurs" Olivia told Jesse not sure to bring Reuben. "Reuben is my best friend." "I thought I was your best friend?" "Both of you are." Jesse said attempting to call down the situation. "I didn't mean anything by it. I'm glad he's coming." "I just don't want to give people one more reason to call us "losers." I'm getting tired of it. I'm tired of being a laughingstock." Olivia said with insecurities. "We are not losers Olivia." Jesse said attempting to motivate her. "We lose all the time. It's what we do." Olivia said in a bit of sadness in her tone. "Okay... Okay! That might be true.." Jesse said. "I can't remember the last time we've won anything." Olivia told him. "But if that's the case... it means we win at being losers." Jesse said trying to calm and motivate her. "Heh all right, fine."
Ssss
"Did you hear that?" Jesse asked and the hissing continued. "Oh, no." Olivia assumed it was a creeper. "Boom!" Everyone got jumped by Axel's prank Reuben fell off a chest as a result. "Ha, ha! Oh, man you guys totally freaked out! That was awes-" Reuben then ram into him. Axel grunts but didn't feel pain. "Axel! What's the matter with you." Jesse then noticed Axel carrying a book or journal of some sort. "Axel what are you carrying?" Jesse asked before Axel answered. "A journal I found it in a chest and the chest is in a cave. Not gonna lie but I felt being watched when I picked up the journal. Haven't peeked in anything in the journal yet you're welcome to read it Jesse." Axel said before giving the journal to Jesse. "Did you bring the fireworks?" Olivia asked Axel. "Of course I did. I even brought something for the little guy." Axel said before pulling out an enderdragon costume for Reuben to wear. "Nice!" Jesse exclaimed. "You brought Reuben a disguise?" Olivia asked. "We're going to a convention. SOMEbody's gotta wear a costume." Axel replied while putting the costume on Reuben. "As long as Reuben is happy. I'm happy." Jesse replied back to Axel. "Happy?" Axel replied confused. "Well zippity doo dah!" Reuben then came up to him. "Okay. Relax. It's fine."
"You definitely brought the fireworks right?" Olivia asked again to Axel. "Yes. I'm ready. Waiting on you guys" Axel replied to confirm her question. "If he was really your best friend, you wouldn't let him go outside dressed like that." Olivia told Jesse. "The only thing more dangerous than putting a costume ON a pig is trying to take it OFF." Jesse replied back. "Hurry up and grab your stuff!" Axel said to Jesse trying to get him to haste up. "We'll meet you downstairs, okay?" Olivia told Jesse. "Okay!" Jesse exclaimed. He grabbed the tools necessary for obtaining building resources. But he couldn't get his mind off the journal so he decided to read it. When he opened it he got immediately startled when he saw a picture. It resulted in Jesse dropping the journal. When Reuben came to see what scared Jesse he too saw the picture. Reuben got terrified and ran across the room in a panic. Jesse soon calmed down and calm Reuben
"Okay let's calm down but what is that?" Jesse said to himself puzzled. He never seen what creature it is. It looked nothing like a zombie or enderman. He looked down to see text under the picture and read the text out loud.
"The Cave Dweller is an intelligent creature as the name suggests it dwells in caves. It mostly hunts humans as a source of food most of the time it stalks it's victims. Watching them mining and or adventure in the caves. Usually it makes noises or sounds like screeches or screams it sounded both human and inhuman screams. At the same time when you spot it it's recommended to keep looking at it and backing away. If you see it running or charging at you it's best to accept your fate. There's no way for you to escape from it. If luck is on your side and there's an exit in the caves nearby take the exit and run don't look back. It won't leave the caves unless it's extremely desperate for food in other words human flesh. The picture is recovered from a miner unfortunately he met his demise right after picking it up now it's been recovered by me. To write this journal whoever finds this journal be careful in caves and mines.
???-
"Something tells me I'm in a lot of trouble." Jesse said to himself. Now he knows why Axel felt being watched. When he went into the cave where the journal was. It's a matter of time before they or he actually encounters it for the first time.
To be continued
Note
A little question for the readers why did Axel felt being watched and how did he escaped without realizing it
