Every effort has been made to stay as faithful to the original story and character design as possible. It picks up where the player left off, assuming that the game ended with the Best Ending. In other words:
-All of the counselors survived the night
-The curse was ended with the death of Silas Vorez
-The only Hacketts to die were Chris and Kaylee; the rest went to prison
-The counselors gathered enough evidence to exonerate themselves
