Hazel turned a blind eye. To everything. So many packs have died. Hazel moved her long, white hair and pulled it into a high ponytail. She whistled and held her finger out. A crow propped up on her finger. "Zane. Go seek out Beta Reena." Hazel commanded. Her voice was sharp.

She was a single, female Alpha wolf. Also known as Lunas. Hazel was a Luna. She was as strong as an alpha male.

She roamed around her pack. The Snow Pack. It was full of kind wolves. Reena is her Beta. Reena was a bit more cold.

Hazel allowed anyone in that was not a threat, which was rare. Little did she know, she would fall for an Alpha. He wasn't really an enemy. Nor friend. She didn't know him well enough.

She was a protector. She didn't know where her path would take her.

Hazel scanned through articles and papers to search more about the Blood Moon pack. "Goodness." She spoke calmly. Drystan. She read through. She couldn't believe her eyes. "This is strange. Why would he do such a thing?" Her voice was laced with an unamused understanding. Her past loomed over her. "Abigail is marrying this cunt? Ah...a forced marriage." She growled lowly.

She remembered when she was almost forced to marry an Alpha. Worst day of her life. Reena walked up behind Hazel and bowed. "Luna Hazel. I am going to check out the killed territories."

"Be safe, Beta Reena. We can't afford to lose you." Hazel's voice dripped with concern. She scanned through the articles once more and threw it on her desk. She put the palm of her hands on the desk, distraught. She didn't know what to think of this.

She paced her office with a worried expression. The shadow of hers follows her wherever she goes. She couldn't break free. She thought she could escape this, but not. The wolf her parents want her to be. Her high heels clicked against the concrete. Zane flew through the air, searchibg.

Hazel threw her hair in a tight ponytail. Her beautiful white hair shined in the light of the moon. Her red eyes gave uneasiness to whoever she looked at. Her eyes could shoot through someone. With one hard look. Her gaze was never soft.

She walked through the forest, very aware of her surroundings.

What was the next step? She thought. Her high heels cracked sticks and crunched leaves. She held onto her necklace. It was a blue gem. Whoever got their hands on it would have too much power they do not need.

She turned and walked back to her pack house.

The Snow Pack.
