Alfie was so lonely, he had only one friend but not a friend he could rely on.
Whilst the other people in his year had fun with their friends, Alfie sat alone with his headphones on
One a sunny afternoon, Alfie was outside drawing under a tree when all of a sudden he looks up and his eyes meet someone's.
A beautiful, expensive looking man looks down at him, he says something with a smile on his face but Alfie is too distracted by his eyes which look like they have been coloured by the Greek gods. Suddenly, the guy swoops his hand over Alfies face and Alfie full attention is on him.
"I like your drawing, you're really talented!" The handsome guy says in a cool tone,
Alfie is in disbelief that such a guy would approach him, a loner who stares at the crowds of people laughing and joking around wishing it would be him one day.
Alfie let's out a quiet "thank you..." whilst the guy is staring into his eyes.
From that day onwards, Alfie would always sit under that same tree hoping that the tall guy would approach once more, any day, any time but it never happened.
