"what? no! heeseung isn't even my type.." bora lied. she hoped niki wouldn't notice. she didn't want niki to tell heeseung. 

"okay.. can you do my makeup now?" he asked as he threw his arm around her shoulder. her reply to his question seemed to calm him down immediately. she chuckled. "yes, i can nishi". 

   bora wondered why ni-ki was so eager to get his makeup done. was this some new thing he was trying out? or was what he was saying the truth? that he just wanted to spend time with her.. 

     the two arrived back to bora's room. niki sat on her bed as bora prepared her brushes. "are you going to the party with your friends or me?" ni-ki questioned. "hana asked me to go with her. i think everyone is going!". 

     hana was one of bora's best friends. when hana moved to japan from korea, the two quickly clicked due to their common culture. 

     niki's lips slowly drooped. he didn't expect hana to ask, after all he wanted to go with bora. he asked first, how come hana can just come and ruin it all? whatever, he didn't care... right?

     bora sat next to niki on the bed. "you want to look like me?" "yeah.." niki was lost in thought, but came back to reality as bora carefully started her routine on him. she could feel his gaze on her. "what?" she chuckles. 

     "nothing." niki smirked. was bora always this pretty? he could feel his ears starting to heat up. "wait.. i need to go to the bathroom.." niki stuttered out as he quickly left to lock himself in bora's bathroom. 

    bora just stared, shocked at his sudden movement. "okay.." she mumbled, before grabbing her phone to distract herself. 

     meanwhile, niki was leaning on the counter, staring at his reflection. he giggled "i look like bora". he waited for himself to calm down. why was he acting like this? it's probably because he was too close with bora.. he was like this with all his other ex's!!

    trying to gaslight himself didn't work unfortunately, and niki returned to bora's room after 5 minutes. "finally! okay come here!" bora demanded. niki smiled at her bossiness. after laughter and lots of pictures, the two were worn out for the day.

    "tomorrow. 10pm. i'll pick you up for kei's party, don't be late bora." niki told bora before getting up to leave. "thanks niki! byebye, by the way, can you pick hana up too??" bora smiled as niki stared at her on her doorstep. 

     he sighed internally. seriously? "cockblocker.." he muttered. "huh?" bora asked. she couldn't hear what he said, he was too quiet. "i said sure. tell her 10. if she's late both you and her are walking to the party by yourselves." niki coldly replied. 

    "thank you nishi!" bora ran and hugged him. niki smiled. this was the only reason he agreed. he knew she would hug him. she always did this when she asked for favors. 

     heading back to his house, he texted his friend groupchat.

smirking as his friends thanked him, he unlocked his door and quickly went to shower. 

tomorrow might be the worst day of his life..
