CHARACTERISTICS OF CERAMIC LINED BALL VALVE FOR ON OFF

Sun Yeh ceramic lined ball valve for on off adopts a three-piece design structure, with the ball and seat achieving free centering. The pressure difference generated by the fluid passing through the ceramic lined on-off ball valve seals the ball onto the downstream seat, providing wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and anti-crushing performance.

Due to the three-piece design and symmetrical structure, ceramic lined valves for on-off not only features dual sealing but also has no flow direction restriction. After one end of the seat wears out, the ceramic lined ball control valves can be rotated 180 degrees for installation, utilizing the sealing on the other end, effectively doubling its service life. The actuator's quick-connect is through the bracket interface, which conforms to the IS05211 size standard.

As a ceramic valve factory, the Sun Yeh 900T series ceramic lined ball valve for on off features a floating ball design, ensuring low torque. The forged steel body offers protection and can be coated with epoxy resin or nylon to meet color identification and corrosion resistance requirements. The first seal functions based on a scraper principle, shearing medium materials within the pipeline, thereby self-cleaning the valve seat and ball surface to maintain cleanliness without any residue.
