"So much for my ratin-"

"McLean, the camera's rolling!"

Chris quickly composed himself, grunting as he ran into camera view. He cleared his throat.

"Hello and welcome to Total Drama, Essence! I am your host Chris McLean on season six of the hit series, Total Drama Island!"

A background crewman walked into the back of the frame. "Got a coffee for McLean!" The woman shouted, quickly bring shushed and shooed off camera.

Chris ruffled his hair and took a sip of his hot coffee. "Ahem! As I was saying, we're here at.." He paused to think. "Boney Island! New and improved!" The camera panned to the luxury camp behind the host.

"Fellow contestants are on their way, returning to the game show! Where relationships will be tested, alliances formed, survival of the fittest challenges, and last but certainly not least, the hefty amount of two, million dollars!" He kneeled down and lifted two grey, steel suitcases full of money.

He walked to the end of the dock, as a large yacht arrived. "Without being said, here's our first contestant!" A tall, muscular man walked onto the dock with a worn out, heavy suitcase. "Scheming Scott! Welcome back!" The freckled ginger rolled his eyes and walked past McLean, glancing at the camp. "Hmph. Better than expected."

Out came two others. "Bridgette, Geoff! Welcome back!" The blondes smiled. "So excited to be back." Bridgette exclaimed, her surfboard hitting Chris in the chest as she walked off with her fiancee.

"Up next is.." He frowned, putting his hands on his hips. "Duncan." He scoffed. Duncan walked off, the yacht, he looked more professional than he was as a teen. "Cram it, McLean." The delinquent glared, walking over and giving Geoff a fist bump.

Chris frowned. Heavy footsteps were heard arriving on the dock. "I told you I was never doing this again, Chris!" His frown quickly switched into a grin. "Gwen, how's it going?" He teased. She was about to strike him, when she saw her ex out of the corner of her eye. She groaned, lifted her bags and walked to the other end, standing next to Scott. He looked her up and down.

"Isn't Boney Island cursed or something..?" A soft voice spoke out. Chris raised an eyebrow, but quickly grinned once more. "Dawn, nice to see you!" He held his hand out. She smiled softly and took his hand as he helped her off of the yacht. "Oh no, anyone but her!" Scott blurted out, small laughter was heard from the others, while Gwen looked at the shorter woman in admiration. Dawn rolled her eyes at Scott's statement and walked over, greeting the people she wasn't familiar with. "Hello everyone!" She exclaimed.

Three others walked into the dock. "Cody, Noah, Sierra?" Chris raised an eyebrow, curious on how Cody wasn't running into the distance with Sierra chasing him by now. "Yes, it's me." The mature woman spoke up, a smile on her face. She walked to the others. Chris spotted a ring on Cody's finger. "Tied down, hm?" He snickered.

Cody scoffed and exchanged looks with Noah. It took a moment before everyone gasped. "We're married." The brunette laughed awkwardly, holding Noah's hand as he walked towards the others, getting a warm welcome as they did so.

Chris cleared his throat as the next yacht approached.  "Al-" He was quickly cut off. "Watch your mouth." Alejandro glared at him, two luggage's in his hands.   "Still as charming as ever." Gwen whispered to herself.

"This isn't so bad."  Two women got off of the yacht.  Chris smirked. "Heather, Courtney." Whilst Heather ignored his greeting and went to stand next to her husband, Courtney gave him a weird look. Gwen and Duncan both cringed, her appearance only reminded them of the affair they both regretted.
