Brookes's POV:

It was Monday, which means pyramid. I got 2nd for my solo last week, but I hope I get the top.

Like any normal Monday Abby started at the bottom and said, "On the bottom of the pyramid is Paige. You didn't use your turnout as well as you did in practice which is a BIG thing. Next is Mackenzie. You need to make more faces to express your dancing. Last for this row is Nia. You didn't place for your solo."

"Abby, I know she didn't place but she got 2nd highest in her division! Shouldn't you give her a little credit?" Holly Interrupted.

"You should just be satisfied that your child didn't get the bottom. If anybody else interrupts, I will replace your child with Paige!" Abby threatened. "And for the last one on the bottom row- Chloe. You need to pick up movements quicker to keep up with the group. Now the middle row. First one is Kendall. I didn't feel the story through your dancing, but you were great with your turnout and positioning. Next is... Brooke. You got 2nd overall."

I was glad I got 2nd to the top, but I wish there was a miracle that a got on the top.

"And on the top of the pyramid is Maddie!"

Everybody clapped for Maddie- as always. I am Maddie's friend but I just wish people would clap for me sometimes.

"Maddie did everything correct in the group, and got 1st place for her solo!" Abby continued. "This week the group number is called 'Summer'. It is getting very close here, but you still have to have a lot of fun with this dance. Brooke you will be the lead because I believe you can get the group win first."

~~~~~Clapping~~~~~
I can't believe I got the lead! I am ready to prove myself to Abby.
Abby continued, "Kendall, you will have a solo called 'Details'. It is about how every thing needs to have their special touch, so I really want to see your story.
~~~~~Clapping~~~~~

"And the other solo goes to Mackenzie! You will have a solo called 'Blast The Music'."

~~~~~Clapping~~~~~
"Moms, please go upstairs. Girls start stretching."
"Yes Miss Abby" we all say in unison while the mothers go upstairs.
