Zhan groaned. He felt his hands and legs restrained, his eyes were blind folded. He could not feel anyone around him. He felt a strong headache. He struggled but no avail.

He remembered himself entering washroom but after that he did not remember anything. He just felt a stinging sensation on his hand before loosing unconsciousness.

" So you are awake ?" A voice came, piercing the silence.

Zhan recognised it very well.

" Yunlan !" Zhan whispered but because of pin drop silence , the other party heard.

He heard a loud laugh.

" Oh my God ! Oh my God !" Yunlan was laughing like a maniac.

" So you remember. You remember Zhao Qiyuan, Huang Yunlan and Xu Yan." Yunlan said but when he called Yan his voice was extra sweet which boiled Zhan's blood.

" But I'm sorry, I'm not Yunlan this time. I'm Lee Tiankai." Yunlan said and removed Zhan's blind fold with a swift move.

Zhan blinked his eyes to adjust. He looked around and found himself in some basement. It was dark and only light source were flickering lights. He looked at the person in front and yes, it was Yunlan of past life and Lee Tiankai of this life.

" It's been a while Chief inspector !" He said with a smirk.

" Grandpa" Yibo was standing in front of Zhan's grandfather who was in garden.

" Oh , my grand son in law is here. Come , come." Chairman Xiao said with his contagious laugh.

Yibo felt a lump in his throat.

" I've something to tell." Yibo said and Chairman Xiao felt something was off. He looked at Yibo and saw him lowering his head down. It was not Yibo , he knew.

" Yibo, what happened ? Grandpa is still here. Did that brat say something to you ? I'll scold him. Tell me." Chairman Xiao said. Even though he knew how much Zhan was whipped for Yibo , he still asked because he knew his grandson character. Sometimes he became too much cold.

Yibo could not help but cry silently, hearing that. He kneeled down while lowering his head. He could not dare to look up.

Chairman Xiao gasped.

" Yibo, don't prank like this." Chairman Xiao said , sternly.

" Zhan..." Yibo said and took a deep breath and Chairman Xiao realised that his other grandson was crying.

" What did he do ? Why are you crying ?" Chairman Xiao asked , angrily. It would not be a lie if one said that he love Yibo more than his own grandson and he was ready to beat him for Yibo.

" Zhan is missing. I'm sorry." Yibo said with difficulty.

Chairman Xiao could not understand. Why Zhan was missing ? Why Yibo was apologising ?

" Yibo, speak clearly, son. Grandpa is with you." Chairman Xiao said, softly. He came at Yibo's level.

" Zhan is ... missing. No one k....know anything. It's my .... fault. I... I'm.... sorry." Yibo said and tears drip on the velvet grass.

" Why your fault ?" Chairman Xiao could not understand why Yibo was blaming himself but the other's condition was making his heart ached.

" I know the ..the person....who made Zhan... accident... also kid .. kidnapped him...." Yibo was telling everything while hiccuping. His heart was bleeding.

" I...I'm the...rea...reason.. He..is o...ob... obsessed with ...me. I'm.... sorry." Yibo was sobbing continuosly.

Chairman Xiao had tears in eyes too. He hugged Yibo who was crying like a kid. He could not see that strong young man like that.
