Narrator's POV:

"No me jodas," the boy, Matias, rolled his eyes as he pushed his cousin down the empty streets.

"I'm saying the truth!" Jose argued, frustrated. "The music was around here," he turned his phone, the flash focusing on any part of the street.

"You're going to get us killed, jackass," Gilberto muttered as he followed behind.

Almost on cue, all three teenage boys flinched at the sound of screaming and the faint bass of music.

They glanced at each other, the song, it wasn't the one orignally used by cartel of the territory.

"Sinaloan?" Gilberto whispered.

"Nah," Jose got closer as he kept holding his phone recording. the music got louder and the screams got louder.

"Jose, it's common sense to get the hell out here. we believe you!" Matias grabbed his arm.

"No seas cobarde," Jose kept moving.

The screams got weaker, the music covering the echos around the canyon. The three boys moved closer until they got blinded by the lights of cars. Jose kept the phone pointed in the direction of the scene. Matias face scrunched up with disgust and horror, as Gilberto struggled to even stay conscious. Jose kept recording, his face narrowed as he recognized the man orchestrating the torture.

They all flinch at the sound of a gunshot clearly heard over the music.

"Ya vamonos," Gilberto hissed.

"hold on-" with a blow to each of their heads, they fell unconscious on the ground.

Aidan's POV:

My boots stepped over the blood puddles mixed with dirt, following behind Cameron, moving under the police tape.

"You sure it wasn't one of ours who did this?" I asked. Cameron shook his head, my body freezing momentarily at the sight. "...it can't be him," my eyes narrowed. Noah handed me a bloody phone.

"it sure as hell was. this was found in the pocket of one of the boys," he said as I watched the video. my eyes widened.

"stupid boys," I muttered. "who managed to get his ass out? he's supposed to be locked up, preparing for his execution,"

"my best guess would be Louis," Cameron said as he crouched down, glancing down at the bodies in plastic bags.

my eyes narrowed as I glanced at the flag set across the rocks and dirt.

"Aidan, if they managed to slip inside this territory, who know how much closer they can get," Cameron warned.

"I'll deal with it. you keep the tunnels going, alert me if anything happens," I run my hand through my hair. "Call Cameron, Javon, and David," I instructed as I placed a cigarette in between my lips, "clean this mess,"

Y/N's POV:

Camila left for Columbia to attend some important meetings.

Noah and Millie left for Costa Rica for a vacation.

Raul got 'promoted' and left to Chile.
Aidan is constantly at meetings.

I was alone most of the time at the house.

I didn't even feel like going shopping anymore.

Or to do anything.

Lately, Aidan has been withdrawn from me. He is barely at home and when he is, he is always in his office on the phone.

I've tried approaching him a few times, but he always just kisses my forehead, cheek, or lips before leaving the room before I could even say a word.
I was in my room, bored as I smoked.
It felt like the cigarettes and the smoke were my only friends now.
