Chapter 30 / Conversation

Soobin livened up the moment he awoke from his slumber. He sauntered his way into the bathroom and accompanied himself in the shower with singing. As luck would have it for the people who were present inside the house, most of the time were his parents, Soobin had an ethereal voice so there wasn't a chance for them to be vexed at all. He went outside the bathroom and waddled towards his room with his humming still dragged along. Before he skimmed through his drawers to find clothes to wear for today, he grabbed his phone and began to type.

ImSoobin:
Heys, I have something to tell you guys and I need help, come here.

HandsomeSquirrel:
Nah.

ImSoobin:
Didn't ask, just told you since y'all are coming here.

Penguin_Kai:
Are you gonna command our feet to walk to your house or something.

HandsomeSquirrel:
I'd tag along if he had a helicopter come get us.

Penguin_Kai:
He broke tho.

You got food? I ain't coming if carrots are the only shit in your fridge.

Yeah, you should follow Soobin's dad and just eat carrots for the rest of your life.

Penguin_Kai:
I'd rather be an ostrich.

HandsomeSquirrel:
They're creepy.

ImSoobin:
If you love ostriches, you should change your username to ‘Ostrich_Kai’

Penguin_Kai:
I'm walking to your house now.

HandsomeSquirrel:
I bet you didn't even take a shower, damn ostrich.

Soobin was chuckling at the messages for more than a healthy duration of time. He stopped himself in order to avoid getting carried away with the mindless idiots. He then walked towards his drawers and began to search for a plain shirt along with a pair of sweatpants. After a fleeting moment, he made a decision to have a plain shirt in a mulberry color and a pair of black sweatpants as his home wear. He then proceeded to make his way into the kitchen so as to have his morning meal.

He was finishing up with the dishes when he had perceived a knock from the door.

" Yeah! Wait a minu— " He exclaimed as he shook his hands and dried it with a towel.

" Ey! FBI open up! " Kai exclaimed back in jest.

Soobin began to chuckle once he had heard the laughter of the two boys who were standing outside of the door. " What crime did I commit? Did I steal your heart? " He uttered as he opened the door to them.
