Chapter 2

We all walked in and it was crazy- crazier than usual. there are girls half dressed, some looking awkward, some comfortable, and the guys are all pretty much the same. they have the druggies and the alcoholics. we pretty much split up and I'm not much of a drinker so I stayed with Skylar while Harry went to catch up with some friends. I saw one of my high school friends, Mendel, and went to go say hi.
"hey!" I said
"oh my god hey! it's been forever I missed you" he said hugging me
"haha I missed you too how have you been?" I asked
"great! are you and Harry still a thing?" he asked sipping some beer
"surprisingly yeah. he's over there with Austin and Max"
"oh I see"
"are you fucking serious right now Ari?" Harry said coming up behind me.
"what?" I asked
"excuse us." he said to Mendel pulling me into an empty room. "why the fuck are you talking to him?!"
"he's a friend! I haven't seen him in a while so I thought I could go catch up whats the problem?"
"the problem is he's a fucking douche. he used to touch you all the time when we're dating in school and would always try to get with you! I fucking hate him and you know that!"
"I'm sorry! I didn't know I couldn't talk to him and he wasn't even flirting or anything! you're freaking out over nothing!"
he gave me a look then walked out and I didn't know where he went. I was pissed. he literally does this everytime I talk to a fucking guy. I walked out of the room and found Shay and Gracelynn and we went and got some shots.
about an hour later I was almost drunk and shay and I caught up with Mendel and we stole some alcohol and took it out back where no one was. we sat against the trees and drank. Mendel went back in and harry came out and picked me up. we walked back to his car and he walked me back to my dorm. he didn't say a word to me the whole time. he helped me get into bed and then left.
