Sofia's P.O.V. :

After we finished dinner I stood up, excused myself, then rushed to my room, searching for the perfect dress for tonight. I ended up choosing a red and blue dress,  outlines with golden thread to showcase the colours of Enchancia's crest. I twirled around making my dress twirl with me which was lots of fun!

"What should I do now.." I queried tapping my chin with my index finger.

I walked up to the bedside window, spotting Clover playing with Whatnaught from a distance. I rushed out to the gardens to meet up with them, hopefully playing with them would make time pass by quicker.

"Hey Clover!" I shouted, trying to get his attention.

"Hi-ya princess." Clover replied stopping his current actions to face me with Whatnaught following his lead.

I caught up to them, sat down next to them and sighed.

"I have no idea what to do." I gasped looking at the clouds peacefully floating across the sky as 1 passes by another.

Clover hopped towards me, resting his head on my hand, "Well it's okay, play with us!"

Whatnaught ran in circles around us until he jumped up and down chasing a butterfly that had passed him. I laughed at the sight then stood up, ready for whatever we were going to do.

"What games are we gonna play?" I asked with and excited tone in my voice.

"Well we could start with hide and seek, or tag, or chase clover while he tries to peacefully eat food, or give Clover pie, or..."

Clovers list kept on going with the many ideas inside his head, most of them including me feeding him food, but I ended up choosing to just sit there and zone out, not by choice but by impulsivity. Whatnaught seemed to had disappeared, so instead of interrupting me, Clover joined in. We sat there for who knows how long, just looking at the scenery, it was nice. I took a break from sitting and looking at the spectacular view, by doing so I ran to the kitchen, packed a picnic basket with food and brought it out.

"Clover, lunch!" I declared bringing the basket in my hands as I sprinted towards Clover who was jumping up and down in joy.

Soon after lunch we got up and played tag for what had seemed to be a few minutes until..

"Princess Sofia!"A male voice called out.

I picked up Clover and the picnic basket, then took a stroll towards the voice.

"What is it Bailywick?"

"Where have you been for the past 5 hours?"

My eyes scurried to Clover, then back at Bailywick as I answered, "I've been in the garden, why?"

"Did you have lunch yet?"

I nodded my head as a response as Bailywick took a big sigh in relief.

"Thank god." Bailywick took out his pocket watch, checked the time, then put it back to its original spot.

"The guests should be arriving soon, I suggest you come back inside."

With that Bailywick left with a bright smile on his face.

"Let's go!"

I walked back to the front gates of the castle with Clover cradled in my hands.

"Sofia!"

I twisted my body around to catch a glimpse of the voices face.

"Vivian!" I shrieked, but in a good way, as I ran up to Vivians arms, breaking down into a big hug.

"I almost didn't recognised your voice!"

We laughed with each other until other carriages arrived taking a stop in front of Vivian and I.

"Sofia, Vivian!" Hildegard called out in the opposite direction.

We all took a group hug, then headed on inside as our eyes laid on the twins, one of them blushing the other running up to us not like her usual self.

"Girls! It's been so long, too long!" Amber shrieked as she jumped in forcing us to do another group hug.

"You ladies sured take your time..." James mumbled, talking we couldn't hear anything but failed to do so.

"Excuse me?"

We all turned towards James as Amber marched up to him, she whispered something in his ear, we couldn't hear anything but it somehow made him blush...

"What was that about?" I asked.

"You don't need to worry about it." Amber replied with a smile plastered on her face.

The 5 of us soon entered the ballroom that was filled with banners, food, and many more items that you would find at a party. More and more guests arrived, how I knew, because every time someone arrived they would announce it. As the clock continued ticking he, the one who I unknowingly waited for, arrived.

"King Garrick, prince Axel and prince Hugo of Albuquerque."

There he came with his brother to his left, and father to his right.

"Why hello princess."

"Hello Hugo."

I curtsied, he bowed, and we, together, laughed off the tension that was built in the air. Many

people were dancing around the room filled with happiness and joy, I soon caught the sight of Hugo, laughing with James and Zander, I wonder what they're talking about...
