"What the fuck are you doing? Get your damn hands off of me," Kayla yelled trying to get out of Dice's grip. "What the hell are you doing?" A guy said which made Dice freeze up. "It's nothing boss, she's just being a bitch and a tease," Dice said to his boss but was still facing Kayla. "I was just about to take her home," Dice said as he turned to face the man. "Really because to me, it looks like you were taking her to the sex shop in the back of the club. And it looks like she doesn't want to go." The guy told Dice looking at his expensive watch letting Dice know what time it was about to be. He wasn't into forcing girls to have sex or anything they didn't want to There are a lot of girls out there who would do it just because they see you have money. Kayla thought to herself as the two men went back and forth with each other. "So how about you help Rich out with my money situation, and I will take this young lady back to, who are you here with?" The guy asked Kayla, who was happy that he put Dice in his place. Dice looked at him and nodded then walked off. As he passed Kayla, he gave her a snare smile, she felt unsafe. "Thanks for that, this is the last time I let my cousin fix me up with some loser as secondhand dope dealer.

The guy looks at Kayla and smiles. "Not all of them act like that," Kayla smiled then the guy led her towards the dance floor. "Hey, what's your name?" Kayla asked over the music. "Does it matter?" The guy replied to her. Reaching the dance floor with girls trying to get him to dance with them. but he just kept on walking towards the V.I.P. section. Seeing girls upfront waiting for him to come past them he pulled Kayla in front of him to block the chicks that were trying to get his attention. Feeling his eyes on her ass, Kayla turned around to find that now he was looking at her breast because of her height compared to his. He smiled then stretched his arm out to let Kayla know to keep leading the way. Kayla didn't know if she should be scared or intrigued that he was staring so hard. But knowing this guy, his eyes were intrigued with her body. As she turned around one more time, she saw him looking down. Seeing his sexy hazel green eyes looking into her soft brown eyes made her feel some kind of way. "You should watch who you're dating in my crew, so you can avoid mishaps like you just faced." the guy told her still looking into her eyes, making her feel like she needed him. "He wasn't my choice to date. To be honest this was my first time meeting him. It was more like a favor to my cousin. The club scene isn't really my scene anymore, and you didn't answer my question?" Kayla said to the guy as she turned around and walked towards the V.I.P. area. Getting to the V.I.P. area Kayla saw Trigger, Dice, and all of the other doughboys. She saw that a seat was open next to Candy and gave her the stink face as she sat next to her.

"Why are you giving me that stank face?" Candy asked Kayla. "That's how you do me?" Kayla asked her cousin. "What are you talking about?" Candy asked Kayla looking confused. "That asshole tried to drag my ass to the back of the club to rape me and your dumbass is worried about why I'm looking at you some kind of way." Kayla told her cousin. Thank God they were on the other side of the V.I.P area because Kayla got a little loud. "If it wasn't for that man over there, I would have gotten raped by your man's friend, and no one would have known anything." Kayla continued telling Candy. "What the fuck did you say?" Candy asked as she stood up and walked towards where Dice was sitting with the other guys, with her fist balled up she hit Dice so hard that it sounded like a gun went off. "What the fuck? Trigger get your bitch," Trigger grabbed Candy and took her back to where Kayla was sitting with her jaw on the ground. She didn't know her cousin would hit anyone like that. "What the fuck is your problem hitting that nigga like that?" Trigger asked a little pissed that she embarrassed him in front of his boss and best friend. "That nigga knows why. He won't try to take advantage of my cousin again. He will see how hood a bitch can be when he catches one," Candy said defending her little cousin. "What does that supposed to mean? And what the hell did he do to you?" Trigger said no longer looking at Candy now staring at Kayla. "He tried to take me to the sex shop in the back to rape me," Kayla said with no hesitation.

Trigger's whole demeanor changed, and he went back to the crew. The next thing you know all the guys left the V.I.P and headed to the front exit. When Candy got a text from Trigger saying to take his car and go home, he would see her tomorrow or next weekend he had to take care of some business. Candy grabbed Kayla and made their way out of the V.I.P. area. As they passed the bar someone grabbed Kayla's arm and held her in place as she turned around, she saw Dame the guy who saved her from Dice. "Where do you think you're going? Didn't I leave you with your crazy ass cousin? You just love getting yourself into trouble, don't you?" Dame told her as she looked around because somehow she lost Candy. "Actually, not that it's your business but I'm going home. Trigger told my cousin to take his car because he had business to take care of." Kayla said as she went through her purse trying to find her phone.

"Stop looking for your phone I will give you a ride," Dame told her. "I don't know you like that to be getting into your car. I mean I do appreciate what you did for me but I'm not with whatever payment you're trying to get from me, plus I'm riding home with my cousin," Kayla said confidently and straightforwardly. "Who said I wanted anything back from you? Whoever you've been dating you need to upgrade. I just know this neighborhood isn't safe for a girl like you to be standing outside waiting for your cousin to find Trigger's car just so you can go home. But if that's what you want to do then I'm not going to stop you, I mean you're grown." Dame said turning around and going back to the bar where the woman he was talking to was waiting patiently for him. "Wait, maybe I can take that ride, just let me text Candy and tell her I got a ride," Kayla yelled over the music. "I thought you would," Dame said back. After he kissed the woman on the cheek then whispered something in her ear that made her smile big, he walked towards Kayla and led her out the front door.

Walking outside in the cold, with the soft breeze blowing, I started to shiver. "The car is this way. I will turn on the heat and the seat warmers if that helps you warm up if you want." Dame said to Kayla being nice which shocked her because she thought thug niggas are rough and tough all the time. But there was something different about him considering he was the high boss. I mean aren't they supposed to be mean, with a mug on their face all the time? He seems nice and respectful. "You ok, I mean if you still worried about the situation with Dice, it's being dealt with, as we speak," Dame told her. "No, I'm good. I know it wasn't my fault." Kayla said as they reached Dame's car. "You're stronger than I thought," Dame said with a smile as he unlocked the car doors. I opened the passenger's door and got into his car. As he got into the driver's seat smiling like he just won a prize gift to Fiji or something. "You can say that." Dame started laughing. "What are you laughing for?" Kayla asked curiously. Dame chuckled loving how naive she was. "How old are you?" Dame asked Kayla and she didn't know whether to lie and say 18 or tell the truth and have the conversation die quick.

"18, why you ask?" Kayla answered. "Just keeping the conversation going," Dame said nonchalantly. "Ok in the spirit of keeping the conversation going, how old are you?" His smile left his face. "What? Don't tell me you're 30," Kayla said to Dame laughing and joking at the same time. Making Dam laugh. "No, I'm only 23," Dame said as he turned the corner on Kayla's block. "How did you know I lived on this block?" Kayla asked as she stopped laughing. "GPS," Dame said that made Kayla feel suspicious. "Nice crib," Dame said to Kayla. "Thanks, my parents do well. And they keep me up to date. So, I'm content until I go to college and get my career started." Kayla said to Dame. "I see, so your home, you're safe," Dame asked. "Yeah, my cousin should be home soon. She said she was hungry, so she is picking up some food for us," Kayla said while he pulled up into her oval brick parking lot. "Hey, so you're still in high school, sexy," Dame asked as Kayla got out of the car. "Yeah, it's my senior year," Kayla said as she walked towards her house.
