~Sans POV~

“frisk, what are you-”
“SANS! Catch the human before they can get away!” Undyne yelled, interrupting me. I look behind her to see Undyne and look back at Frisk to see her look back at me with pleading eyes that said, ‘don’t give me to her’.
Just then I got an idea.
“heh. same as always undyne..” Using my magic, I lifted Frisk up in the air.
“Wha-SANS?!” she shouted, trying to struggling but no avail
“I caught her first before you. so i’ll deliver her to asgore myself.” I said to the captain of the royal guard as she came closer, stopping a few feet away
“Oh come on Sans, you only ‘caught’ her because I was cornered her! We're on the same side here. You can give her to me, that's an order”
“you can't order me around, i'm not part of your guard. besides, are you worried that the king would doubt you if he knew that i was able to catch a human versus the mighty undyne?”
Undyne, with a furious look on her face said, “Fine! You give that punk to the king! I’m not scared of anything, especially that!” Stomping away, she says last, “And Sans, if I find out that you don't turn that human in, I will kill you.”

~Frisk POV~
“Well,” Chara starts once Undyne is out of sight. “That idiot’s excuse worked. Welp, at least you're not dead.” he says as Sans let's me down
“who are you calling an idiot, murderer?” Sans says, glaring at the old prince
“Watch what it, I can kill you right now with Frisk. besides,” Chara crosses his arms “that was In the past”
“heh, i'd like to see you try. and you're always a brother killer in my book”
Letting out a sigh, I butt in, saying to the skeleton, “Thanks for helping, Sans, but we should be going now. See you later I guess.”
Turning away I start heading down the path towards when Sans responds. “actually, i’m going with you”
Spinning back around, I start to counter by saying he can't but I get interrupted by him again.
“hold on,” Sans says, “you apparently get into trouble when I'm not around and undyne thinks i’m going to give you to asgore so I have to come with you. besides, who said this timeline has to follow the others because so far it's not.”
“Comedian’s got a point.” Chara helpfully says
I sigh I turn back around “fine, if you have too…”
On the way towards the laboratory, Sans kept trying to fight for me whenever I encountered a monster to the point where I was getting annoyed.
“Sans!”
“what?” he said confused
“look I appreciate the help but…”
“but what?”
“...Nothing…we're here anyway.”
Sans looked at me and then he shrugs, “I'll…be on the upstairs level”
then teleported off, leaving me to walk in.
The doors opened to a dark room. Knowingly I walked in getting ready to meet Alphys and Mettaton. The lights flick on a little too early...
“now where is that-oh!” The doc said, “o-oh my, it's far to soon. I'm n-not ready…”
The royal scientist says, panicking
“oh w-well…it's n-nice to finally meet you, Frisk.”
we all froze, surprised
“she's not supposed to know your name yet…is she?” Chara said, just as shocked as me.
