ch-13 mistake

Aafiya got up in the morning for her morning prayers and after praying she started reading a novel. As time passed it was the time for breakfast but she didn't noticed it. Soon she heard a knock on her door getting her out of her imaginary world.

She looked at the time and guessed that someone is here to call her for breakfast. She went towards the door and opened it only to find aadil with a soft smile on his handsome face.

Aafiya- A-assalamualaikum. She said looking at everything but him. Making his smile drop and seeing her tensed but he quickly composed himself and smiled again.

Aadil- Walaikumussalam princess. I thought today we'll go for breakfast together. You see you are always with zayan nowadays so i thought why don't we spend some time together after breakfast.

She narrowed her eyes being a little offended cause she thought that, is it a bad thing to stay with her zayan bhai more when he is the only one who cared for her the most now and as well as in the past.

Aafiya- i-iam a little busy today sir. She said being scared of his reaction but he was just silent thinking aafiya just couldn't stand his presence. It's not like she doesn't like his presence (which she secretly does a little)or wants to reject his request but she actually had to meet ayesha to talk about some matters.

Aadil- i-it's ok, i understand you are busy, it's totally fine. He said almost controlling his tears but aafiya noticed it and don't know why she felt sad after seeing aadil's upset face.

Aafiya- umm maybe after I am done with my work I'll let you know if I am available. She didn't know why she said it but hearing her words aadil's face turned into an happy face from sad one which made aafiya's heart feel peace at some point.

They went to the dinning hall to have breakfast and obviously everyone was present, but except Hamza. Soon Hamza also came and sat on his seat, he looked at aaban who just ignored him making him upset. He looked at aafiya and his sad face became into an angry one.

He cannot say something now because if he does then aaban will again get furious about him so he just controlled himself but he surely will give a piece of mind to aafiya when he gets the chance.

Aaban- aafiya, you have to come with me for a while to our company today. He said not asking but saying as if she'll agree to whatever he says. But what she does next shocked everyone. First she glanced at aadil and then said calmly as her nature.

Aafiya- umm s-sorry sir but I am busy today, I have to go out for sometime and then i have said aadil sir that i'll stay with him atleast for today.

Everyone were shocked yet happy to see this while aadil smiled widely at her. Aaban didn't like how she refused him for her other brother, he became a little jealous about it but more annoyed when aadil gave him a victory smile.

Aafiya's pov

I came to my room after breakfast and sat on the bed to use my phone for sometime as after I have to leave to meet ayesha. And then i have to stay with aadil sir. (Sigh) I don't know from where I got that guts to refuse aaban sir but I did it for myself only.

It's better to stay with aadil sir than with aaban sir even though both are not of a liking for me. But i just chose a well than a cliff. No matter what but maybe I'll always be afraid of aaban sir the most. Because I still remember his voice and words clear Crystal in my mind. Not like i forgot my other brothers doings, but since he was my elder brother it hurted more than what others did.

I got ready a little more nicely cause from few days I have noticed that people have more expectations from aafiya Ali Khan that she'll look more elegant and I dont know maybe preety? Wait, am i Preety? I don't think so.
