Chapter 1

I got tired trying to find my back up copies because this was deleted and some part of the copies were missing that's why I'm having trouble publishing it again. I hope all of you cooperate and give me the love you gave once to this book. it's still the same plot and story.

My father, one of the most successful man in the business world said ", Alicia, now that you are already 18 years old, you need to find a proper husband already." first I didn't really likex the idea but I made a deal with him, I won't marry anyone I don't like.

"I'm a commoner but I'm rich." I pretend to be a commoner and help the little children. What they don't know is I am a little rich girl. Well I know that they don't like someone rich as they don’t like them because they are very greedy that's why I have to hide my identity. My father wants me to marry the son of the Johnson's, Zack. Once I followed him to the park, I intentionally bumped into him but I fell and he sweared aloud and almost all the people looked at us, me on the floor while he was ranting about his dirtied suit and how much it costed him that a girl like me could never afford.

The same day I had a dinner with him. He was a gentleman and saw the scratch in my hand and said if I was ok.

 I replied to him that I was okay even though I was really not.

Well the pretending thing also have another reason, it is actually my test for the fiancés that father lined up for me but I only used it two times, one was Zack and the other went really messy that I have to reveal myself to shut his mouth.

 This test is to expose their real behavior and how greedy they are. Well Zack is not the only fiancé that dad picked, there are many heirs that are after our money. The only difference the other heirs are compared to is Zack is well... my father's favorite of all of them and hates Zack's younger half-brother Michael because of his rotten personality.

They have tried to get on father's good side but they can't fool me with flowers, chocolate and gifts.

I wanted to find someone who thinks of me the same as other people. Without my status, without my name and without my properties, someone who will accepts me for the real me.

The sun was shining outside the big window with the perfect scenery and view of our garden. I hear the birds singing as I jumped off the bed wearing my pink silk night gown. I combed my hair and brushed my teeth

A knock on the door and opened revealing the big smile of Zack's face. (you might be thinking what he is doing in my house, well he is my father's favorite after all helps father with some business. He considers this as his second house.

"Good morning, sunshine!"

"Get the hell out of my room!" I yelled while I threw my pillow at him which he catches

 He chuckled while shaking his head and decided that it would be nice for him to leave.

I went to take a shower and wore a plain white shirt and black floral maxi skirt with black flower platforms. I accessorized with a rope bracelet and a straw hat.

After fixing myself I went down to eat breakfast with my father and to my right sat Zack talking about business.

 I chewed all the food and went to my room. I changed my clothes.

 I picked an old worn out shirt, a black jacket and a torn pants, I let down my bangs and wore my shades.

I went through the back gate.

 I took a few step when "Honk! Honk!" to find the yellow Ferrari car of Zack. "Get out of the way, you mongrel!" He yelled at me.Talk about a rotten personality.

"What a freak!!" I shouted. He looked at me and cursed me. I ignored him and his head is about to burst when I stuck out my tongue and put on my earphones but I didn't move.

He stopped his car at the side of the road then appeared before me "Do you know who I am!!" he shouted like a maniac, "Nope!" I said just to annoy him more.

 "I could sue you for trespassing at my house!!!" he yelled.

"Last time I checked, this house is the property of the Emeralds and I didn't knew they gave birth to a son" I said with mocking smile.

 "I am going to be his husband so what's the difference and now that I think of it, who are you? a spy, a friend or maybe a stalker." He smirked.

"Now that I look at it you are suspicious, what's with the hoodie and glasses. Maybe I should call the guards"

 He was moving closer to me but I didn't gave him the chance, I kicked his crotch and ran away.

 I successfully got away and just by seeing him on that floor reminded me of that time when I bumped him. I continued to ran while a smirk was on my lips.

When I went to the playground I brought candies and ice creams for the kids when all of them were gathered at one place.

It was my first time seeing them like this they were never this obedient, so I got curious. I walked a little closer when I saw a young man's back reading a story to the kids with his gentle voice.

I was very surprised since the kids were picky with adults.

Little Penny spotted me and called "Ally! Ally!" and the other children looked at me and ran to me taking the candies and desserts from my bag.

The young man sighed and raised his head. To my surprise it was no other than Michael, the younger brother of Zack. That I did not expect.

He showed me a kind face and told the kids to not approach a stranger like me. The kids defended me saying "Ally is our older sister; she always brings snacks for us to eat." Penny explained.

 He stands up, removed dirt from his pants and approached me. "Hi, I'm Michael and you are?” he offered me his hand. I shook his hand and introduced that my name was "You can call me Ally”

The kids were staring at us and then they were like "ooooohhh!" and the both us were like "What!' we looked at each other and laughed.

 I never knew that he could laugh like that and talk with a gentle voice. He was always silent and he always cursed, that's why my dad hated him.

We took a seat on a bench. He asked "How long have you been seeing these kids?" I replied "Maybe a year or so." I asked him the same question. he answered "Just a week ago."

"How did you meet them?" I asked. "We just bumped into each other when I made Dan stop crying." He said to me and I told him that I met them when I went biking and saw Bea sick so I helped them get her to a hospital, "This kids are really fun to be with, they can make you forget about things." we asked questions that you will normally ask a person you just met and I felt comfortable even if I have to make a little lie about some details.

His phone rang and he excused himself, standing while his back faced me. I can't hear what he was saying then he shouted "Shut up Zack! You are acting like an ass." He closed his phone and went to my direction. I panicked and he saw me,"I got to go, see you later,"he smiled but it did not reach his eyes and went away.

I hurried to my house before they will know I am gone. I was caught once before but I made an excuse that I went to Izel's house.

I changed my outfit to the top I wore this morning and slip my red trousers. I headed to the horse stables.
