"hello, darling." Duncan said as he woke up Gwen. "Huh? Oh." Gwen groaned.

"Something wrong princess?" Duncan asked. "Don't call me that" Gwen whined, Marching to the living room to cook breakfast. Her marriage with Duncan was not how it used to be.

The marriage used to be full of excitement, passion and trust. Then started him being cold towards Gwen, ignoring her and staying out late. Gwen knew what he was doing, probably being with other girls.

After breakfast, Duncan had to go to 'work', he shut the door loudly as he left. Gwen knew he wasn't working, and started her routine of crying about the past, reminiscing of  her ex-boyfriend Trent and her old friends who left her. She had missed Leshawna, Geoff and Courtney. She wondered how she ended up here.

She searched on Google for Courtney and found an Instagram account, she was with Scott. Gwen checked her page and tried reconnecting.

Chat logs of Gwen and Courtney:
"Hello." Gwen asked.
"Hey, Gwen." Courtney said.
"Its been 20 years, Duncan is very cold and distant but I'm too financially dependent on him so I can't leave." Gwen said.
"Oh, ok." Courtney replied.
"I know it's been 20 years, i never thought he'd be like this." Gwen vented.
"Gwen, it's been so long that I just feel nothing. No joy at your downfall, no anger at Duncan just blank." Court replied.
"I'd expected that, wanna meet up at a restaurant for coffee and to sort things out?" Gwen asked.
"Sure.." Courtney replied.
