[this is going to be my first story so sorry if it's not the best but hope you like it we're starting in narrative format but soon we'll get the story told through the characters welp enjoy]
We start our story with Alex our main lady in a land far, far away. Now don't think this is some fairytale typical like she falls in love with a prince. Then they live happily ever after No NOT at all. This story is different it has battle, heart break, betrayal and REVENGE. So, stay tuned friends gather round to hear the tale about Alex the great conqueror of empires.... "ALEX" called her mother she rushed knowing she'll get a talking to about playing in the rain with Captain.
"Yes, mother" she said innocently pretending she doesn't know what she's did. "I told you not to play in the rain you'll get a cold and Captain got wet" her mother said, she was always fussing about her health and her being a doctor made it worse. She hates when Alex lets captain get wet in the rain. "But mom I wanted to play in the rain like we used to remember, mom" Alex said happily. her mom got all silent like something troubled her. "Mom, are you okay" she said as she lowered her ears and tail captain followed her actions.
"Yes, I am dear, but you won't be if you stay in those clothes" she said as she closed the door. she looked out like she was checking for something. "Give captain a bath too" she said captain got sad because she did not like baths. "Sorry cap but you need one," said Alex. (Ten years later) Alex then woke up to the smell of her mom's cooking from downstairs. She got up and captain jumped into her arms licking her face.
she giggled and said "hi" before she got dressed out of her Pj's. she tied her sweater around her waist to hide her tail and then a beanie to cover her ears. She said, "there now the freak is hidden". she walked down the stairs as she nearly dodged a Chanchla coming towards her face. "I called you an hour ago Mija" she said. "Mami you nearly hit my masterpiece of a face on my birthday" Alex said teasingly "good maybe it would knock some sense into you" her mother retorted. She then sat down to see her mom cooked her favorite chorizo and huevos with toast "Gracias mami" she said.
Then she gobbled down her food "careful you might choke" her mom said she nodded slowing down her eating pace not wanting to worry her mom. Alex got up put she dishes away, grabbed her bag and captain's snacks as she waves bye to her mom. Alex ran through the woods she lived in as following the path her mom made to get to the village she waved bye to captain as she continued on the path but captain went into the woods to see the new friend she met "see you after I meet up with Echo" she yelled.
Alex then arrived at the bakery to see her best friend Echo "it's my birthday, I'm so happy to not be a kid anymore" Alex said. Echo swallowed the food in his mouth as he teased Alex about still being a kid before he rang the bell to his family's bakery. to show that it's open.
