After dinner, the family dispersed, each member going to their respective rooms. But Arnav and Arjun goes to arnav's room. arnav glance at arjun the look of distress on his youngest brother's face was unmistakable.

"Arjun, kya hogaya bache, baba, bhaiya sab hain na tere sath aur papa ajaenghe baby aik hafte ki baat hai. aur tujhe leke jaate toh mere bina reh leta?" Arnav gently asked him.

Arjun shooked his head, his eyes still filled with residual tears. knowing if his father would have taken him he cannot live without his baba for one day, " toh phir? jab tak papa nahi aate wapis baba hain naa, I'll make sure to spend more time with you this week okay?"
arjun's eyes glinted at that and he smiled a little.

Together, they headed upstairs to Arnav's room. Once inside, Arjun immediately felt a sense of comfort and safety. This room had always been his sanctuary whenever he felt scared or alone.

Arnav helped Arjun settle into bed, pulling the covers up to his chin. He sat beside him, stroking his hair gently. "Arjun, remember how we've always faced everything together? This time won't be any different. papa will be back soon, and until then, I'll be here with you."

Arjun looked up at Arnav, his eyes filled with a mixture of love and gratitude. "I know, Baba. It's just... I feel safer with you. You always make everything better."

Arnav's heart swelled with affection. "And I'll always be here to make things better, Arjun. Now, try to get some sleep. I'm right here beside you."

With Arnav's comforting presence, Arjun slowly drifted off to sleep. Arnav stayed awake for a while longer, watching over him, ensuring his brother was truly at peace before allowing himself to rest.

The next morning, the family gathered for breakfast. Despite the heavy atmosphere, they tried to keep the mood light, talking about mundane things to distract Arjun. Yash made sure to spend extra time with each of his sons, especially Arjun, giving him a reassuring hug.

As breakfast ended, the time for Yash's departure drew near. The driver brought the car around, and the family's mood shifted. Arjun's anxiety returned, his eyes welling up with tears again.

"papa, please don't go," Arjun pleaded, clinging to Yash. "I can't stay without you."

Yash hugged him tightly, his heart breaking at his son's distress. "I have to go, bache, but I'll be back soon. I promise."

Arjun shook his head, refusing to let go. "No, papa, please. Stay."

Arnav stepped forward, his own emotions tightly controlled. He gently pried Arjun away from Yash, pulling him into his arms. "baby, listen to me. papa has to go, but we're all here for you. I'll be right by your side."

Arjun's sobs grew louder as he buried his face in Arnav's chest. "I don't want him to go, baba. I need him."

"I know, bache, I know," Arnav whispered, holding him tightly. "But we need to be strong. For papa. He needs to know that we're okay while he's gone."

Yash looked at Arnav, his eyes filled with gratitude and sorrow. "Take care of him, Arnav."

"I will, papa. Always," Arnav replied firmly.

Yash gave one last hug to his other sons, his eyes lingering on Arjun, who was still clinging to Arnav. With a heavy heart, he finally turned to leave, walking towards the car.

Arjun's cries intensified, and Arnav held him closer, whispering soothing words. "It's okay, Arjun. It's okay. He'll be back soon."

As the car pulled away, Arjun watched through his tears, his heart aching. But with Arnav's arms around him, he felt a small measure of comfort. Arnav carried him back inside, continuing to soothe him.

The rest of the family gathered around, offering their support and love. Arnav sat on the couch with Arjun on his lap, holding him close as the younger boy continued to cry. Gently, Arnav ran his fingers through Arjun's hair, trying to comfort him.

"Bas, bacha, aur kitna rona hai?" Arnav said softly. "Calm down, Papa ajayenge jaldi. Itna roge toh tabiyat kharab ho jayegi, aur tumhein toh pata hi hai, Maan ko sirf bahana chahiyeh hota hai tumhein injection dene ka."

Armaan, who was standing nearby, gave Arnav a look that clearly said, "Bro, why are you making me the bad guy again?"

Meanwhile, Arjun's eyes widened in alarm at the mention of an injection."Baba, mujhe injection nahi chahiyeh! Mein chup ho gaya," Arjun said quickly, trying to control his sobs as he glared at Armaan.

Armaan held up his hands in mock surrender, his expression one of amused exasperation. "Maine kya kiya yaar? I'm just here to help."

The tension in the room eased as everyone chuckled at the exchange. Even Arjun managed a small smile, his tears slowing down as he realized his family was trying to make him feel better.

in evening, arnav and armaan were watching tv when arjun came down running all the way down. seeing this both of their hearts came out of their chest seeing him missing step. arnav got up out of reflex and ran to save him from falling but arjun stable himself and looking at them nervously smiled, but immediately looked down when they both glared it him sternly.
arnav caught his arm and spanked him two times hardly making him hiss and cry out at the pain "ahhh baba" said arjun. " what baba? kya tha yeh? kitni baar mana kiya hai maine tumhein seediyon pe mat bhaga karo, kbie dimag mein kuch aata bhi hai?" arnav scolded him. but sighed when he saw tears in eyes.
" sorry babaa, aage se nahi karunga" said arjun making a sad puppy face. and maan immediately came to his rescue saying " bhai ab jaane dein bacha hai aage se nahi kareygha." and pulled him in his arms. " "haan pehle galti karo phir sabko apna wakeel banalo taake koi tumhein kuch keh na sake." said arnav but melted when arjun looked at him with puppy eyes.
he pulled him in a hug saying "bacha nahi kara karo abhi chot lag jati toh? ham dono ki jaan nikal gayi thi abhi."

"cholly baba" said arjun making a cute face melting both the brothers like an ice.

Khushi, standing nearby with a smile, added, "chalo tum sab baitho mein hot chocolate banake laati hun tumhare liye then after that ham movie dekheinghe, okay?."

Everyone nodded eagerly, Arjun, who managed a small smile at the thought of hot chocolate and a family movie night.

As Khushi moved to the kitchen, Aryansh plopped down next to Arnav and Arjun on the couch, nudging Arjun gently. "Which movie should we watch, bhaiyu?" he asked, his eyes twinkling with excitement.

Arjun pondered for a moment, then looked up at Arnav. "Can we watch that new animated movie? The one about the talking animals?kya naam tha uska?" "lion king" armaan replied. Arnav smiled, ruffling Arjun's hair. "Of course, bacha. Whatever you want."Armaan, sitting on the other side of Arnav, chuckled. "I guess we're all in for a fun movie night then. Sounds like a plan."

Khushi soon returned with a tray full of steaming mugs of hot chocolate, topped with whipped cream and marshmallows. She handed each one carefully, making sure everyone had their share. "Here you go, enjoy! Now let's get that movie started."
As the movie began, the family settled in, the room filled with the cozy warmth of hot chocolate and the comfort of each other's presence. Arjun nestled closer to Arnav, feeling safe and loved.
