A man was seating on his office chair, the aura of the room felt gloomy, dull.

"Where will I find you now, I'm sorry for not coming early to you"

The mans thought broke, as there was a knock on the door, soon another man came in.

"Sir, we were misunderstanding till now, Andrew, he didn't do anything, I mean Andrew is not involved in ms. Kate's missing, intact he is also searching for her"

"What do you mean? Did she ran away or something?" That man said getting up from his chair and walked towards him "I thought Andrew took her somewhere"

"No sir he didn't, I am still not confirmed yet about the situation, whether she has been kidnapped or has ran away"

"We can't take this lightly, I don't think she can run away, she won't, if she had a thought about running away she could have done that long before" he said with a frown on his face.

"B-but sir, I-I think she ran away" the man said in fear knowing the man in front of him won't like this statement "I mean, Andrew didn't got any call from kidnappers asking for money or something, infact Andrew, he is doubting Harper, H-he molested her, asking just to get answers as to where she has kept her hidden, and as you know Harper will not hide her"

The man was in utter shocked listening the misery about Harper, he never thought she would have to suffer like this.

"I can't take this anymore, let's leave for US, I can't let an innocent suffer"

"Sir, we can't you need to hide, atleast let the situation get settled a bit, once I found out about ms. Kate I will bring her here, let's not make it more fuzzy for now" he said stopping the man, who was about to leave.

"U are right" the man said stopping on his tracks, he turned around looking at the man in front of him, as he walk forward, grabbing him by his shoulder "please find her soon, do anything to find her, take whatever you want, but bring her safely to me" he sounded desperate, his face screamed desperation.

"I promise you sir, she will be safe, I'll bring her safe" saying that the man left the room, leaving a gloomy man behind.

*at Gray's secret Mansion*

Kate was coming downstairs, with a lot of excitement, yet didn't showed that, she was excited to visit the garden, soon when she came out she meet with Ava.

Ava: where you think you are going?

Kate: garden?

Ava nodded her head allowing her to go, when kate was in the lawn, Ava made sure to not leave her sight, she was secretly keeping an eye on her.

Kate was walking around with excitement, the garden was very simple, but huge, she was walking bare foot on the grass, which seemed moist, as if someone just watered the plants, there were roses, lilies, and many other flowers, butterflies were flying above the flowers, there were huge trees, on which birds were chirping.

A blue butterfly, with some black dots and line on it cought Kate's attention, she started running behind the butterfly like a kid in attempt to catch it, she was giggling around.

And these all were noticed by Ava, she had a small smile on her face, at this point kate did seemed innocent to her, she walked near her smiling a little.

Ava: hey what you doing?

Kate: I was trying to catch that butterfly, but that butterfly flew away.

Ava: you are acting as if you didn't saw any butterfly before.

Kate was embarrassed about herself, indeed she was acting childish, is it wrong to act like that?

Kate: I am sorry  *she said looking at her feet*
I wont act like that anymore.

Ava: *she sigh before saying* why are you acting lik--

She was cut off by another maid, she came to call Ava for some help, lastly looking at kate Ava left from there entering inside the Mansion.

Kate: why can't you act a little mature kate you are so dumb.

She was mumbling while slapping her forehead lightly, as she turned around to leave from there, but she bumped onto a man, she knows him, she was in delima trying to recall his name, and then it clicked her "Moris" that's what she heard from Ava.

While Moris was in shock to see her outside, roaming around here and there.

Moris: WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING OUT HERE?

He didn't meant to scream at her but he screamed due to shock, kate looked at him with teary eyes fear was evident on her face.

Moris: WHERE IS EVERYONE, who let you out? HUH!

Matthew: why are you screaming Moris.

Moris: she is roaming outside as if it's her Mansion  *Moris said looking at Matthew, while pointing at kate* and now when I asked her who let her out she is silent.

Matthew looked at her, she was looking at her feet controlling her sobs, while tears flowing her eyes non stop, Matthew's eyes turned soft, he was feeling concerned for her, but when the reality hits him his face harden, anger rushed in his vains.

Matthew: I allowed her to roam around  *he said looking at Moris* and stop screaming unnecessarily, and you *he said looking at kate* didn't I told you to go inside after 30 mins, what are you still doing here.

His voice was deep, tone was rough, if looks could kill someone then she would be laying dead now.

Kate: i-im soory, I was-s about to go-o, but i-i bumped into him-m.

Matthew: stop talking and get lost now.

Kate ran away towards her room being scared, Matthew turned towards Moris who was still in shock.

Matthew: what are you looking at me like this?

Moris: why did you allowed her to roam around, how can you trust her that she wont run away?

Matthew: when did I said I trust her, and will you stop talking about her now?

Moris scoffed, mumbling something which was not audible, he again turned his face towards Matthew, only to get a look of his angry face.

Moris: fine, I'm sorry I won't ask about her anymore, alright? But still you should stop caring about her, you--

Matthew smacked Moris head while saying "I don't care, and shut up" as they went inside the Mansion, Matthew spotted Ava.

Matthew: why were you not with her? She was roaming alone out there didn't I told you to keep an eye on her?

Ava looked down being a little scared.

Moris: hey don't scold her like that, it's not like she was having fun here.

Matthew ignored his words and asked Ava again.

Matthew: did she had something?

Ava: not yet, I'll go get her something to e--

Matthew: no need *he said making Ava to stop on her tracks* just let her be, she don't deserve this anyway.

Saying that Matthew left the Mansion.

Moris: you look pretty good today *he said winking at her*

she left being a blushing mess.

Moris: hey, you can't just leave like that ATLEAST SAY SOMETHING  *he said only to hear a giggle from her, smiling like an idiot he mumbled* I will soon confess my love to you, then I'll never let you leave.

He also left the Mansion.
