Today marks Reo and Nagi's fourth year anniversary, Reo had planned out a whole surprise for him and Nagi. Reo was over the moon that him and Nagi had officially been dating for four years now, Reo had hired someone to set up him Nagi's surprise, Reo just couldn't wait to see Nagi's reaction, who knows, maybe Reo would actually see Nagi smile for the first time in their 4 years together, even if it's just subtle.
Reo was sitting down on him and Nagi's living room inside their penthouse, eagerly waiting for Nagi to come back from his training session for his upcoming world Cup. Reo scrolled on his phone, checking the time every now and then.
30 minutes later -
Finally, after an excruciating 30 minutes.
the front door creaks open, with Nagi emerging from the front door looking all sweaty from his training, Reo turns his head to look at Nagi before he gives him a big warm smile from not seeing him all day, "Hey, Babe, how was training today?"
Reo asks with a big smile on his face, patiently waiting for Nagi to remember his "Happy anniversary" greeting.
"It was fine.." Nagi says, sweat dripping down his face, his expression still as emotionless as ever. Reo chuckles at Nagi's response to his question, "Are you forgetting what today is, Babe, Hmm?"
Reo asks with a wide smile on his face, indicating his excitement. "No.. it's our anniversary.." Nagi says lazily as usual,
"Where's my happy anniversary, Hmm?"
Reo says teasingly, his exictment etched onto his face. "Happy anniversary.. Reo"
Nagi says, before Reo let's out an amused chuckle, looking up at the taller man.
"Now, go shower and I have a surprise!!"
Reo says, his smile still formed on his lips,
Nagi's eyes lit up at Reo's announcement.
"What surprise?" Nagi says, before Reo responds with "I can't tell you, Babe, that's why it's a surprise" Reo says, letting out a quiet chuckle, Nagi pouts. but, reluctantly walks towards their bathroom to take a shower and get ready for Reo's supposed "surprise"
Fast forward to Reo and Nagi's car drive -
Reo started their car and sat down on the driver's seat, with Nagi sitting beside him on the passenger seat, Reo turned his head to glance at Nagi, chuckling at the sight of Nagi wearing a blind fold that he had forced Nagi to wear, Nagi let out a loud huff, feeling confused with what was happening, "Reo, where are we going?.."
Nagi asks, sounding confused, "I told you, I can't tell you, it's a surprise." Reo chuckles watching Nagi pout,
15 minutes later -
After about 15 minutes of driving, Reo and Nagi were half way away from their designated destination.
Until now, a pout was still formed on Nagi's face, Reo chuckles looking at Nagi's adorable pouring, "Could you at least turn on the radio, Reo?.." Nagi asks, feeling bored of sitting in the car doing nothing for the past 15 minutes, "Alright, alright. I'll turn it on, just stop pouting, you look so adorable, Babe." Reo says, his voice teasing as he let's out another chuckle, finding the sight of Nagi pouting quite adorable, Nagi let's out a quiet huff at hearing Reo's chuckle as he continues to pout, Reo then turns on the car radio as the loud music fills their car, before reaching out to hold Nagi's hand in his. Nagi feels Reo's hand on top of his, making Nagi's expression soften as he felt Reo's hand wrap around his own.
A few minutes later -
After a few minutes, Reo and Nagi arrive at the beach, Reo unlocks his car door and steps out of their car. before Reo starts to walk towards Nagi's car door, Reo opens Nagi's car door for him as Nagi's eyes we're still blind folded.
Reo reaches for Nagi's hand with a big warm smile on his face, as he helped Nagi out of the car, Reo then looked at the beautiful scenery in front of them before unfolding Nagi's blind fold, revealing a—
