Jo's POV

Carlos and Charles were finally done with media day, which means we can get out of here. Me, Carlos and Rebecca walk to our car and I see Charles and Alex get into another car. They are really getting along.
"I invited Charles, Alex, Lando and Oscar out to dinner with us tonight and made a reservation for us." Carlos says as soon as we are in the car, is he serious right now? "Yeah, I'll pass." I tell him and he looks at me confused. "Things are awkward between me and Lando and also me and Charles. I don't want to spend the night with them is all." I say. "Well, I already arranged everything so I am sorry but you are coming with us, I really want you there." He says. "Me too, c'mon, you can't leave me alone with these idiots." Rebecca says and I see Carlos glaring at her which made me laugh. I roll my eyes, "Fine, I'll go!" I say. "Thank you sis, wear something nice, it is a really fancy restaurant." He says as he continues to tell us about it.

When we arrived back at the hotel we went to our toom to get ready, there was about two hours left before we meet up with the rest. I jumped in the shower and washed my body and hair. I got out and put a robe on and decided to do hair and make up first. I curled my long blonde hair in loose waves and did a light but elegant make up look. I decided to wear my black dress, it's long but has a slit on the right side that comes up to my thigh. I put on gold heels and gold jewels and sprayed some perfume and then I was ready to go. I walk out of my room and see that Rebecca and Carlos are also finished, he was wearing a suit and Rebecca also had a black dress on. "Oh my gosh, we are twinning!!" I yell like a child as I walk over to them and they both laugh. I aks Carlos to snap a picture of me and her and I post it on my Instagram story. I then put my phone away as we are about to leave the hotel.

We got outside, and I am still not used to the flashes of the cameras everytime we go out. We walk over to the limo that was there waiting for us and got in. Lando, Oscar, Alex and Charles were already in the car. I mentally roll my eyes at the sight of Alex who is sitting really close to Charles, nobody can see her so she can surely stop pretending for a minute, I say to myself as I go to sit down next to Oscar. "Hey Jo." He says sweetly and I greet him back. I feel my phone vibrate, it's a text from Charles.
- You look breathtaking. Can't wait to get you out of that dress tonight. Xx C

I look up at him and he is already starring at me with a smirk on his face. I just roll my eyes and smile at him. My eyes soon meet Alex's who is now glaring at me, this girl is really getting on my nerves. I break eye contact with her, I am not letting her ruin this night for me. Finally we arrived at the restaurant and my mouth fell open, this is insane. We went in and they showed us to our table. We all choose our seats and before I could even make a move, Alex goes to sit down next to Charles. I then go to sit opposite him, with Lando next to me. We ordered our drinks and made some small talk around the group. "So Jo, how are you experiencing the F1 life so far?" I hear Charles' voice from across the table, I was shocked for a second that he was actually speaking to me, because he hasn't even looked at me today before I got in that car. I was about to answer when Alex chipped in, "I'm sure she is loving it, it looked like she really enjoyed her day with those other teams and drivers." She says looking at Charles. We all fell silent, everyone in disbelief of what she just said. That's it, I open my mouth to snap back at her but then feel Lando's hand on my leg. I look over to him, his eyes soft as if he is feeling sorry for me, and he just shakes his head, indicating that I should not say anything. I nod and look down as I hear the group talking again. I see Charles getting up from his seat and walking over to me and Lando's side of the table, he harshly puts his one hand on Lando's shoulder and bends down, "you better get your hand off my girlfriend, before you loose it." He whispered loud enough for me and Lando to hear. What the hell?
"Are you serious right now?" Lando ask him also getting up from his seat. "Dead serious mate." Charles replies smirking at Lando. Lando was about to react when Carlos stepped in, "guys there are people everywhere around, get your fucking shit together. Charles, you have no right speaking to him like that." He tells them both. They both clear their throats and go to sit back down. I look at Charles with an angry expression and he just stares at me.
I instantly grabbed all my things and got up and walked away. I can seriously not handle this right now. The driver was outside and I walk over to him and asked him to take me back to the hotel. I got to our room and got out of my dress, washed my face and got into bed. As soon as the silence fell I start to cry.
I don't know how much more of this I can take, Charles is unbelievable.
