The sun was setting over the university campus, casting a golden glow on the bustling students. Anueng stood by the gate, her eyes scanning the street for the familiar black BMW. It had become a comforting routine—Nueng leaning against the hood of her car, waiting with a smile that made Anueng's heart flutter. But today, Nueng was late.

Yui and Folk, who had been watching this daily ritual for a long time, approached Anueng with curious expressions. They had always respected her privacy, but their curiosity had been growing with each passing day. Today, they couldn't hold back any longer.

"Hey, Anueng," Yui said, her tone casual but her eyes inquisitive. "Waiting for someone?"

Anueng nodded, a soft smile playing on her lips. "Yeah, Ar-Nueng is usually here by now."

Folk glanced at Yui before speaking up. "So, we've been noticing something... or rather, someone."

Anueng's cheeks turned a soft shade of pink. "Oh? What have you noticed?"

Yui smiled, her curiosity now fully piqued. "That fancy BMW that picks you up every day. And the person leaning on it... "

Anueng's heart skipped a beat. She knew this conversation was inevitable, but she hadn't expected it to come out of the blue. "Well, she's very important to me."

Yui crossed her arms, her eyes narrowing slightly. "Alright, Anueng. Spill it. What's the deal with you and Khun Nueng? We've seen her pick you up and drop you off almost every day, and you've been all smiles."

Anueng sighed, glancing at her friends. "Okay, I'll tell you. But you have to promise not to freak out."

Folk raised an eyebrow. "No promises, but we'll try."

Anueng took a deep breath. "Ar-Nueng and I have been dating for a while now."

Yui's jaw dropped. "What? But... Khun Nueng... was engaged to your dad! And the age difference... I mean, she's 36 and you're 22."

Anueng blushed, feeling their surprise. "I know it's complicated, but we love each other. And we were careful because of all those reasons."

Folk's eyes widened slightly. "Wait, are you two... dating?"

Anueng nodded, biting her lip. "Yes, we are."

Yui shook her head, her eyes softening. "I can't believe you didn't tell us. We're your best friends, Anueng."

Anueng's eyes filled with tears. "I'm sorry. I was scared of what you'd think. But I love her, Yui. I really do."

Folk stepped forward, placing a hand on Anueng's shoulder. "Hey, it's okay. It is a lot to take in, but if you're happy, that's what matters."

Yui sighed, her expression softening further. "I just... I want to understand. How did this happen?"

Anueng glanced at the street, hoping Nueng would arrive soon, then turned back to her friends. "It started at a local market. Ar-Nueng had a painting studio there, and I was immediately drawn to her. I know it sounds crazy, but it felt right."

Yui leaned in, her curiosity piqued. "Painting studio at the local market? But she's from a wealthy family, right?"

Anueng nodded. "Yes, it's complicated... I came to the market for weeks, admiring her from afar. Finally, I mustered up the courage to approach her, and after that... well, everything is history."

Yui's eyes widened. "You were stalking her?"

Anueng laughed nervously. "Not stalking! I was just... very interested. I wanted to get to know her. So, I kept visiting the market, watching her paint. I brought her coffee, snacks, anything to get her to notice me."
