Chapter Seven ╱ You're Hired Szn One . Ep Five
"So, remember how last night I said that I think Amerie might like me back?" Isa questioned with a huge smile on her face as soon as she got in the passenger seat on Spider's car.
"Yes, ma'am." Ant answered
"Well, I was right and she kissed me!" Isa exclaimed while putting the window down to feel the air go on her.
"Congratulations, Isa! You just had your first kiss!" Spider teased and Ant laughed. Isa on the other hand, rolled her eyes at the comment.
"Oh, please, I've kissed double the amount of girls that both of you two have kissed." Isa spoke and it came off as her being a slut more than a brag.
"Well, you're first kiss with a girl you actually liked for more than a night." Ant corrected and Isa smiled thinking back on the innocent kiss.
"Wait, so what are me and Amerie? Are we just not going to talk anymore? Are we going to talk more? Are we going to be in a relationship soon? Is she going to randomly start hating me?" Isa asked.
"Are we going to stop overthinking every little thing that happens?" Spider questioned.
"Just talk to her at school and see where that goes." Ant advised as they pulled into the school parking lot and the three of them quickly got out of the car.
Ant gave her a slight push over to Amerie who was setting with Darren and Quinni, so that she couldn't try to not talk to her. Isa noticed they were watching the video that Amerie had accidentally posted of Malakai.
"Isa, hey!" Darren greeted pushing Isa to set beside them, stopping the whole other conversation they were having to have a separate one with Isa. "So, my boss looked at your application and she told me to tell you to look out for a call! You're more than likely getting the job, babes!" They exclaimed and Isa smiled.
"Really?" Isa asked for confirmation.
"Yes!" Darren confirmed with a smile. "So, is it true? You and Amerie kissed?" They asked while Amerie and Quinni had their own conversation going.
"Yeah. It happened last night." Isa explained and Darren's smile grew bigger.
"Amerie told me about it. She really wants it to go further and I'm sure you do too, so talk to her!" They told Isa and she smiled.
"I know, I'm going too." Isa answered and the bell rang right after.
"Nows a perfect time!" Darren assured her and she hesitated before walking up to Amerie but still did it.
