Demons and Defense

Right after the first confrontation with Rachel, Dalilah had her first full blown all night battle with her and a male energy passing as Josh. She was tidying up the kitchen late at night when she felt the first snake bites which at the time she mistook for punches. Before meeting Josh, Dalilah had never in her entire life had to deal with spiritual battles. This particular one felt like a real life battle, and now she understood that it was because her attackers were astral traveling to her.

Despite her total lack of experience, she felt strangely calm, prayed for the Lord to send her assistance and hit back with all her strength every time she felt a "punch". There were so many punches coming from everywhere. They pretended to be two attackers but Dalilah now wondered if it was not the whole tribe. Dalilah took a minute to visualize that she was wearing a golden armor and that every time she was at the receiving end of a blow, her attackers would scream in pain. It actually worked and she felt more self-assured as the fight continued. She was listening to her holy book throughout the battle which lasted until the early hours of the morning. By then she knew she was fighting with demons because no human could last that long or get back on their feet so fast after she felt them falter and fall to the ground a million times. She knew that she had the support of God's soldiers and that she was going to prevail. Rachel and her male partner, who she now believed to be either Seth or Gideon, or probably another male family member, were summoning evil spirits in order to defeat her. That gave them incredible stamina but did not grant them victory.

As time passed, Dalilah understood that she was coming into her own gifts that would carry her through the war with Ursula, Rachel, Maya and their allies. The universe carried the energy of her blows when she needed to protect herself and her family. She never started any fight, but always defended herself when under attack.

But it was not always easy. Not with an ailing husband that needed physical and emotional support and a daughter equally under attack in her mental and physical health. One day, she was feeling particularly sick after a dentist's visit. Several of her molars were broken and she was having bone grafts procedures as a preparation for implants. During the dentist's visit, she could feel a malevolent entity trying to shake the doctor's hand. Her attackers had astral traveled to her to interfere with the medical procedure. Thankfully, the dentist had a steady hand and was experienced. The attempts were unsuccessful. However, as soon as she left the doctor's office, she started feeling a stabbing pain in the gums, right where the surgery had just taken place. By the time she reached home, her cheek had already begun to swell, even though she had taken antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication, as the doctor had prescribed. Thinking that her attacker was a voodoo practicing Josh, she asked him to stop putting swords through her jaw. She tried to reason with him, telling him that she was feeling like she had a fever, the medical procedure had left her depleted and was just too sick for this. That's when Josh, in reality Maya, supported by the rest of Lucifer's Cult, laughed at her and said "exactly." "Josh" started assaulting her so viciously, Dalilah felt like she was about to lose consciousness and this time around, she did not have the stamina to defend herself. For the first time ever, it dawned on her that "he" wanted to kill her. She said a prayer and told him to do whatever he wanted, because she had no strength left in her. She was feeling feverish and so weak, her knees were shaking. She was going to take a nap even if chances were that she was not going to wake up from it. While she wanted to cry inconsolably, her family needed her to be strong and she knew that she could not afford the luxury of breaking down. So she closed her eyes tight to stop the sobs in her throat and could feel the tears coming down her cheeks as she was getting in bed. Fortunately, she could always pretend that it was because of the pain in her gums. She was so exhausted mentally and physically that she dozed off almost immediately. For several days, her face was swollen and the stabbing pain was recurrent. Maya was relentless but fortunately, the medication was working and the pain was getting less sharp as days passed. She slept with her hand under her cheek in order to send Reiki healing to her gums, and was using Bach Flowers Rescue Remedy in her water for emotional healing as well as inflammation. She was leaving nothing to chance. Although she was usually reluctant to take pills, she stuck to her prescription as per the doctor's order in order to ensure a full recovery.

She went through this experience three times as she had to do multiple bone grafts. Her dentist was totally baffled by the infections that happened for no reason at all and Dalilah could hardly explain to him what she was going through without sounding like she was out of her mind. She powered through the experience but was not about to forget it. "Josh" was astral traveling to her in order to kill her.

The more Dalilah was defending herself, the more the attacks against her family and her were multiplying. She knew that her daughter was a favorite target of "Josh". Dalilah's perception of energy had grown exponentially. If she extended her hand towards her daughter's room she could literally feel violent movements directed at her daughter. She first believed it was a person, Josh, putting swords into jasmine's thin body, using voodoo sorcery. So she started visualizing removing those swords and returning them back with all her strength to the sender. The relentless attacks on Jasmine became particularly more intense during midterms and final exams. Dalilah just could not understand what would motivate "Josh" to harm her daughter. Why did he want her to fail academically and get sick both mentally and physically? Jasmine was battling anxiety and depression and any psychic attack could do her a lot of damage. A good part of the black magic sent to her was specifically aiming at her head, around the temples, in order to push her to the edge. It also targeted the vagus nerve. A weak vagus nerve meant that a person would not be able to heal or bounce back from difficult situations. Dalilah was not going to sit and watch her daughter being destroyed by the enemy. She started visualizing herself as a tigress and pouncing on whoever was trying to send Jasmine to her demise. Mama bear was not going to let anyone kill her baby.

All this was completely foreign to Dalilah. She could not watch bloody action movies or even watch documentaries with animals hunting one another. Although her family in France had encouraged her to take self-defense courses, she just did not find it in her to hit anything or anyone, so she never did. She always counted on her wits to get her out of difficult situations. She had a strong personality and could argue convincingly and intelligently when she thought she had to speak up for herself or for the underdog, but she never ever got physical with anyone. She simply didn't know where to start. That was probably why the tigress energy was sent to her. It was meant to help her feel supported and strong.

There was another kind of attack that Dalilah was subjected to, this one she found particularly difficult to process or even write about in her journal. Her attackers had found a new way to humiliate and damage her. It was time to unleash sexual abuse energy. Always pretending to be Josh, they would come at her the moment she tried to get some rest. This would be either for a daytime nap or when she wanted to sleep at night. Dalilah no longer had a moment of peace and once again, could not say a word about the attacks. She turned to prayer, became a much more observing Muslim and resorted to putting crystals in her underwear in order to dissolve the sexual energy forcing itself on her. Her ability to sense energy got stronger with time. Now she could literally feel Maya, Rachel, Seth, Ursula and other family members shapeshifting into each other's energy as well as Josh's in order to attack her as effectively as possible. She now believed that Maya was taking the lead on the sexual attacks, astral traveling to her in Josh's energy for attempts at seduction as well as energetic sexual abuse.

Maya and the rest of Lucifer's Cult also took pleasure telling Dalilah that they could see her in the bathroom when she was getting ready to get into the shower. They could see through her eyes and knew every inch of her body, they said. They wanted to cause her distress and continue to push her away from the bathroom. They knew that after her ankle fracture, she did not feel safe there. They resented that she was recovering from her fear and was starting to use the shower without fear of spiritual attacks. She knew how to defend herself now, so they wanted to attack her mentally by telling her that they saw her naked practically on a daily basis. They were professional tormentors and they were framing Josh as the culprit.
