Loving Thoughts

Another new day, sun shining,  birds chirping, and you...cramped on the couch from last night. You sit up, yawning and stretching. Starting your morning off by getting some coffee. You get on some different clothes. You chose a black crop top, putting a jacket over it that looks almost identical to Hawks' jacket, but you ignore that. You but on some tan shorts that were pretty loose, so you put a belt on it. And you slide on a pair of black boots. Looking in the mirror, you smile. Thinking to yourself you've found a good outfit. Good thing your mom and dad aren't around to see that... they'd freak. you put on some makeup. Even though your naturally beautiful, you just throw on some eyeliner. You did have some beauty marks that came out naturally, sometimes people think it's fake. You just ignore it and just try to hide, hoping no one, least of all Hawks, won't see it. Though you found it weird that Hawks never mentioned your beauty marks. Maybe he didn't notice?...You just pushed the thought away and headed out on your porch. You sit down on your porch swing you had and just wait a while till it was time to go to your work and patrol for the day. You waited till it was about 8:20..and you fly off to Endeavor's agency. Once you arrive through the doors, your immediately dragged by the arm. "Whoa- hey now.." You say say, the person letting go of your arm "Sorry..." The person says. You rub your arm. "It's okay-" You say, looking up seeing a female with white bunny ears and a cotton tail with long white hair and red eyes, looking at you with a wide grin. "Mirko?? The #5 hero??" "That's me!" Mirko says, pointing to herself, her wide grin never faltering. "Wow! It's really you!" You say, looking at her in awe. "I actually am a fan y/n." "Really?" You say, a hint of shock to your voice. "Why of me?" You ask. "I just see you doing many good things..and it's pretty awesome that your working with the #2." She says, pointing to her left. You follow her pointing and gasp to see the sight of Hawks talking with another girl. "What!? He's here already??" You say, tugging at your hair, your gaze glaring daggers at the girl he's talking to. "Uhm, yeah?" Mirko say, confused. She seemed to notice your glaring look, because she smirk widely. "Wait..are you jealous?~" She says, her words soothing off of her tongue. "What??- Jealous? Me? Why would you say that?" You say, your eye twitching, gripping on your hair tightly. "Seems like it...assuming you won't rip your gorgeous hair out and have bald spot." Mirko says, a sly grin on her face. "You like him~" She adds. "I do not!!" You look back at Mirko. "Then why are you glaring daggers at her like she's your next victim?" Mirko raised an eyebrow. You realize she coul be right..we're you....jealous? No, impossible. You don't have feelings for Hawks anymore. That's just to weird. Hawks then spots you, not even listening to the girl. He just looked bored and it seemed like the was trying to flirt with him. You wave at Hawks and he waves back. You look at him for a few seconds before you feel tapping on your shoulder. "You done daydreaming, sweetheart?" Mirko chukled. You laugh sarcastically. "Hah hah, very funny." You say, rolling your eyes. Mirko nudges you. "Come on, let's get to Endeavor before her throws a fit." Mirko smiles, motioning her head to the side, indicating she wanted you to follow. "I'm coming." You chukle at her joking sentence. "You just go ahead..I'll catch up." You say slowly. "Okay..." Mirko says before leaving. You turn to your left where Hawks was before, he's still there, but the girl he was talking to previously must have left. He was standing there alone. You almost had walked over to him but you stopped yourself and realized you weren't supposed to get any attachments. But, in just a few seconds, Hawks spots you, calling out you name. "Y/n!" He shouts. You jerk your head straight up, realizing he's running over to you. You don't know what to do so you just run away on instinct. "Y/n wait!" He says, trying to catch up to you. You fly all around the agency, trying to get away from him. You hide behind a stairwell, thinking you lost him as your eyes searched around, making sure he was gone. You breathe out a sigh of relief, coming out of your hiding place. Suddenly, you get attacked by Hawks in the air, tackling you and gliding down to the ground. You two roll onto the ground like a tumbleweed in the desert. Stopping with him on top of you. "Okay, tell me what's up, why are you avoiding me?" He says, frustrated. "I..." You say, trying to find the right words for it. "You what?" "I...have to go...I'm sorry." You say, your voice a bit shakey. You get out from under him, running away, to the exit. "Y/n!" He said, reaching his arm out to you, but he doesn't chase you this time. You fly onto the roof of Endeavor's agency. You sit on the edge of the roof sigh heavily. Tears going down your cheeks, sobbing a little. You couldn't figure out how you felt about Hawks. He was your first ever love.... or was he just a friend to you? Your mind ran in circles, not wanting to move from where you were sitting as well. You had no emotions...just, loving thoughts....but you wondered....we're they??
