Prompt: One reason why Romeo and Juliet is thought of as a tragedy is that it could have ended very differently had characters made different choices. Romeo and Juliet's Choice
Romeo and Juliet's identical, unwise, rash choice was getting married as soon as possible. Romeo has an infatuation with Juliet, and Juliet returns the feeling. The 'crush' Romeo has on Juliet is much more of an obsession, rather than a crush. Romeo tells Juliet, quickly, that the next morning, they shall get married. Romeo tells Juliet "By the hour of nine," (Shakespeare, page 92, line 174). he will send a messenger. As soon as the messenger would get to Juliet, she shall meet with Romeo. That was the initial game plan. Romeo and Juliet is filled with tragedy with the two main characters.
